Samurai is the best of the best when it comes to hibachi in the Huntington area. My family and I have been regular customers since I can remember. Michael and Simon are always extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating and the wait staff is very attentive. Their hibachi, sushi, etc. remain my favorite despite local competition. Highly recommended, always!

worse hibachi experience i’ve had, mediocre food, chef took an hour to get to our table when the restaurant was empty, waitress was slow, food was okay at best and staff was enjoying drinks at the bar while we were waiting for the check. Take your business to a better place.

Very nice popular place...took my son for his birthday. Tell them ahead of time if you don't want your veggies/fish cooked on top of meat juices on the grill. Also the meal can be very salty!! They put both salt and soy sauce on the food. Otherwise very nice food.
Food was great. Waitress Maggy was polite and astute. Great food and service, couldn't ask for more!!!

first visit with family and overall was okay, but the filet mignon was chewy and the lobster tasted like shrimp.....service from the chef was very nice and birthday cake was a nice touch; however, without any upfront notice, using a credit card was hit with a "convenience/surcharge" fee????When a business accepts credit and debit cards, it pays a percentage fee to the card processor, generally ranging from 1.5% to 3.5%. In the wake of higher inflation and ongoing supply chain issues, more businesses, including restaurants, are passing the credit card fees along to consumers....but not notifying before purchase is a violation. This should be posted and noted on their menus! Buyer Beware!1

The food was fine but the service of the waitress was poor. We had to track her down several times. When the bill came we noticed a service charge for credit card on it before we even paid. I questioned it to her since we were paying cash and she asked me if I wanted he to see if manager would take it off the bill!!! ? Really??? How many times have they charged this and people didn’t notice it??? Its Principal and bad business in my opinion!
