Horrible customer service I was in today around 4 o'clock....waited ( and watched) the girl behind the register on her phone for a good 5 minutes before she looked up at me....Then proceeded to give me the wrong order and then charged me $16 for a 3/4 full container...SMH

The workers at this establishment are immensely gracious and humble. I am always treated with respect and my order is perfectly made every time. One of the employees, I believe her name is Julia, was especially kind and generous when I was speaking to her!

They served me and a friend rotten fruit and instead of listening they gave us an attitude and under their breathe cursed at us. My friend has many allergies all they had to do is listen. Instead they lied and then continued to add the same foods hes allergic too. At this point they were laughing because they thought it was funny if he died. Worst Sobol ever. These little girls should be fired. Iv been going g to Sobol since they have been on the island and I've never had an experience like this. You people need to start parenting your children correctly and managing your staff appropriately. I am Disgusted. Oh and no one gives 5 star reviews unless they are told not asked or the very least paid. So there is No way you have this many "great" reviews considering the lousey and disgusting service your staff has shown.

WORST SOBOL EVER, HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS?, WHETHER THEY ARE WRITTEN DOWN OR TOLD THESE PEOPLE CONTINUE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHINF IM ALLERGIC TO IS IN THE BOWL. The response is always the same and nothing ever changes I have given this place multiple opportunities and they continue to tell me off, be rude and then serve me poison. I wouldn't doubt these girls spit in the food because they think its funny. The staff is what people would call white trash, to have such class of people in such a beautiful area is horrible. If your leaving a good review it's clear you have no restriction to your diet and don't realise you eating someone's spit.

Terrible service. Waited 2 minutes for someone to come out. First person to come went back to the back because the health inspector was there. A 2nd person comes out, doesn't say a word and presides to ignore me while she sends a text. Then finally takes my order but no "Sorry for the wait" or anything.

My favorite place ever. I get an Acai bowl almost every single day. I can’t live without them. I have tried many other spots to get an Acai bowl and trust me no one compares to this amazing place. I am so thankful for Sol Bol!!

I went to this place today to get me an açaí bowl. I paid $11 for a bowl that was made by an 8 years old little girl that was there “working”. My açaí bowl was obviously poorly made, it had literally 3 blueberries and 3 sliced on bananas in it. The other teen there made the little girl made my bowl while she was more focused on talking another teen boy there. Horrible service, I will never go back to this place to waste my money.
this did not hit the spot today at all. Fruit was not fresh the pineapples were nasty. Everything else was nice. The other sobol spot in Huntington doesn’t disappoint like this one.

So...I'm a very loyal customer to SoBol. I am there every day spending a whole bunch of money on açaí for either me or my coworkers. Generally, the staff that's usually in there during the week is super friendly and super sweet and nice. Now the weekend staff....let's just say the two girls that were working there this morning (Saturday May 14th at 9am) we're not friendly at all. The girl taking my order rushed me before I could even finish giving my order and then the girl making the bowls gave me attitude when I asked for a handled bag because I was walking back to my job with them. She basically threw my food into the bag causing the bag to rip. I have never received this type of treatment from a place that I spend a good chunk of change at before. To the girls working, if you don't want to be there don't work weekends! I left so mad because the attitudes were unnecessary and rude. Something should be done about the way these girls are trained to do their jobs. What are they high school students??? I miss the old staff that used to be there. For some change is good, but for this location and me I hate the changes that have been brought to Huntington Village Sobol.
