“My two cents about the worst restaurant service experience of my life (by a Huntington native and TK’s Galley regular)”Everything was normal at first - me and my lovely girlfriend came in around 10:30 am and we were greeted and seated at a table. At this point, there were about 5 of the 10+ tables occupied by patrons. We ordered and got our food rather quickly (which is not a problem at all). After about 20 minutes of enjoying our meals and finishing our coffee, our waitress presented us with the bill and said, “thanks guys whenever you are ready”. We then sat and chatted for another 10 minutes as the restaurant began to fill up.This is when our experience began to head south in a SIGNIFICANT fashion. Our waitress comes to our table and picks up our bill and moves it closer to me to sort on ‘hint’ that they wanted us to leave. This ticked me off a bit as you can imagine. We sat and chatted for another 5 minutes and ANOTHER wait staff employee (not our original waitress) came to our table and said, “hey guys if you don’t mind, we are trying to ‘expedite’ the process here and get the people who are waiting in”.At this point, about 30 minutes have passed since we walked in the door, which is not a long time for a sit down meal. My girlfriend and I were somewhat disgusted with our experience and I started getting angry about THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE AS A PAYING CUSTOMER.I put down 40 dollars in cash for a 27 dollar bill and waitress has the balls to ask me if I needed change. I laughed smugly and said yes.I took my change and gladly left two pennies for a tip as a metaphor for my ‘two cents’ story that I would be sharing with the world later that evening. We got up to leave and as we were walking to the door, our waitress (who apparently has an unlimited amount of gall) , firmly states that ‘gratuity was not included in the bill’, in which I responded, “you rudely kicked us out of your restaurant” to which she responded, “thanks guys have a nice day”.I have been coming to TK’s for years and I have never been treated this way, but I will NEVER return. This is a message to TK - please consider hiring service workers who respect the patrons of your establishment, or you will probably not be able to operate for much longer. They are singlehandedly ruining the house that you have built.

Awesome find! Service was excellent! We went on the weekend, so don't miss the lobster Benedict! 5***** Warm and cozy atmosphere! Hidden gem for sure!
Nobody greeted me. I sat myself. The rude waitress who finally came to my table challenged how I wanted eggs prepared. Walked away "to discuss w/cook". Didn't return. I walked out. Guess what? No issues at The Golden Coach Diner on Jericho Tpke.

Diane was our server and she was lovely, attentive and kind.We enjoyed our original and blueberry pancakes, their onion rings & coffee were great. The sweet potato fries are probably house made fries but they’re softer than what I’m used to. My boyfriend’s chocolate milk was okay, tasted powdery. I lovedd their decoration, it definitely made me smile walking in and just sitting there enjoying the atmosphere around me.I asked for iced caramel latte but they don’t have specialty coffee which I was sad about. However, their iced coffee is great nonetheless. When we sat down for our table, I saw an old creamer metal cup from probably the previous customers that sat there. One note about their ketchup is it tasted off to me, almost like it has gone sour, it ruined whatever food I was dipping into the ketchup. There is outdoor seating if anyone is wondering and wants to bring their dog like I wanted to but I wasn’t sure so I didn’t. The tables are small and limited. *Pictures are attached*Parking: Very limited parking when we went for brunch, we had 3 open spots to choose from out of the whole lot.
