My daughter is a healthcare worker at Huntington Hospital. Her colleague went today to get a smoothie and was told that all healthcare workers were entitled to a free Smoothie. When my daughter went in about an hour later, a girl rudely stated to my daughter that they've given out too much and are no longer doing this. She was very taken back and no apologies or recognition given for their services. Very sad.

The girl at the counter ignored me and walked to the back. There were no other customers in the store. I walked out and left. Never going there again.

I would give this place a 5 star but 3 is fine for now until the manager proper train the employees to show some respect!Very rude! one short girl scared my daughter and they was laughing talking while us customers were patiently waiting in line we all see they see building lines they just stand there one girl dont know her name but I remember aloha tatted on her arm she kept telling her employees theres Customers in front and she apologized and ask what was my order so she can make it right away, they should hire more people! Remove the rude ones! Thank you aloha girl!

I love their smoothies and wrap! Amazing the workers there are very sweet and respectful! Thank you to the Hawaiian girl for her kindness I was standing so long while the others were talking and laughing and the Hawaiian girl just came up and ask if I need anything and told the girls theres a Customer can you please help her if it was for her I'll be standing there 10 or 15 minutes but they great and helpful workers especially for the Hawaiian girl I guess shes new there they hire the right girl!

Never open on time. Come to trop smoothie every Tuesday and Thursday to try and get breakfast smoothies for kids. Says opens at 7am. Other trops seem to open on time. Not this one. I have to get kids out of house by 7:25. So many days I come here and have to leave to get them something else. It’s now 7:10 and I can’t wait longer. Wish they would just open on time

The smoothie came out tasting good but the lettuce in the wrap seemed old. The lettuce was very dark in color.

If I could give no stars I would. This was my first time ordering from this place on Uber Eats, and not only was my order late because they took over 30 minutes to prepare three orders, but the food was horrible! I barely received one scoop of rice in my bowls. They also charged a $5 dollar service fee and $2 delivery free for Uber eats to deliver my food. If the food was worth it, I wouldn't mind, however the portions were so bare, it was absolutely disappointing

I enjoy their smoothies especially the pomegranate plunge. *salivates* I tried their Thai chicken wrap and had a side of smoked bbq chips for dinner last night (around 6:15) Luckily I came at the time I did because there was a rush soon afterwards. I almost didn't see where this was located because it's not located on a corner or out in the open where there is heavy traffic so be mindful of that when you visit. Other than that good place to grab a quick bite to eat.
I Love this place especially Dayana and Yeesha and Poosha. They know my order and they know a lot of customer's names and orders. They are always pleasant and that means a lot!
