since they spent the money on trying to get new customers with coupon ads in the hometown shopper, i clipped a coupon, picked up the phone and ordered for the superbowl to give it a try. the food was ready and hot upon my pickup as they promised and my guests just devoured the meatball hero; the pizza and the italian cold cut hero also delicious. The price was quite fair-2 3 footers, 4 pizzas and more garlic knots than we could eat and... i'm certain i'll be back again.

I'm not going to a pizza place for anything else but pizza . That's the problem with a lot of people who review . Want good Italian dishes go to an Italian spot that doesn't serve pizza . But as for pizza this place is amazing ! I had the meat lovers and sausage soooooo gooooood !

We have both dined in and ordered many times and Umberto's always delivers ( pun intended) Always delivered hot and delicious their pizza is always cooked perfectly and the garlic knots are a delight. When dining inside we have always had excellent service and this has become one of our favorite places to order food when we have last minute company.

I've been here before and never had as bad of an experience as I did Thursday night. I have brought my parents here, I have gotten take out and had delivery. Thursday my husband called for delivery. The person that answered the phone asked for the phone number and kept saying it's not enough numbers - he meant the credit card number. Then did the same thing with the credit card. He was completely confused to the point my husband thought he was on drugs. Over an hour later the pizza, knots and Caesar salad showed up. The pizza was freezing cold, not cooked in the middle and the crust was stale! How is that possible? The pizza was horrible, I've never had pizza I couldn't eat -I couldn't eat it! The knots were cold and way too hard to be fresh. The salad was $13 and consisted of a little bit of romaine lettuce and some croutons. Definitely not worth $13 and not even a full tin of salad! All in I wasted $50 which makes me so upset. I work hard for my money so when I make the rare decision to get food out I expect it to be good. This was a disaster and I will not be going back ever again. Lesson learned!!

Disappointed in my last visit. Bought out the incorrect drink, said they would leave the wine there for us - then charged us. We ordered a salad and an app, got two apps. No salad.

Ordered a regular pie, anti-pasta salad and some slices to go . The pick up time is quick ! The regular pie is your typical pizza taste . The salad was a nice full salad with some fresh cheese , salami and olives. The other slices , Grandma, Spinach Alfred and Crostino were all delicious. Prices are reasonable . The quick pickup and accuracy of the order makes this pizzeria easy to recommend.

This location lives up to Umberto’s reputation as some of the best pizza in NY. Their other Italian specialties like chicken Marsala, eggplant parm and baked ziti will not disappoint either.

Bought a calzone with mushroom all your tasted was mushroom, that was the first calzone in 30 years that I actually tasted the mushroom.. also bought a chicken cutlet delicious the bread was soft and toasty. Another best in 30 years.
Has been yrs I've come to this pizzeria. Last time I was here was in high school. Delicious still!!
