Slow, slow, slow service. It's obvious that the lack of personal and poor management is affecting how well the service is and can be given. Especially in drive thru, where I waited 10 minutes for a soda. Very few cars!!!

Ordered a Big Mac and it was the worst I've tasted and I have had only Big Mac's when I go there and now the prices are ridiculous, I'll never eat that again. I'll stick with the Egg McMuffin with Sausage and hash brown with OJ, but I'm going this morning and I am not sure what the cost is...YET!!Parking: I did the drive thru

i went to this establishment on elmira road and ordered a shamrock shake with a few other things. the guy taking my order was so disrespectful. i looked in my shamrock shake this morning and there was a mouse!

Stopped to get a shamrock shake and like usual we hear can't do shakes machines broken!! Ice cream/shake machine being broken isn't just this location it's a nation wide problem. Rude service and menu screen broken so couldn't see menu. Definitely think this is my last visit to Mcbarf..

Sitting here for 30 mins in drive-thru when it's not even busy. I get I shouldn't expect prime service, but these folks can't even make a breakfast sandwich and hash brown on a timer ????
