La Gran Uruguaya Restaurant

They made us wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for 3 dishes and one dish came out wrong. It was also very hot and they have 3 air conditioners and they don't turn them on. And also very expensive for 3 tasteless meals and bad service due to the wait. I don't recommend going if you are a group of many people.

Let's start with the food, the food 10/10. Everything is very delicious, everything is always a delight. The service, good. I love the atmosphere! Sitting inside is one thing and sitting outside is another. I love them both. There have been several times in a row that I have gone to eat here with my family. I wouldn't change it for anything, as long as the quality doesn't change and the quantity of food doesn't change either, I will continue going there often. I recommend this delicious restaurant to everyone, you will not regret it. Besides, it is a Uruguayan restaurant, even better!??????

Atmosphere: The restaurant has a very good vibe, the decoration is a mix between football and traditional objects from Uruguay, which allows you to get to know more about that country.

Services: From the moment you enter the staff is with a smile on their face and ready to assist you. Alejandra and Mariana provided impeccable service, always attentive in case we were missing something or if we wanted to order something extra, the order came out on time and without problem.

Food: I ordered the medium well vacuum and it was cooked to perfection. The meat had excellent flavor and the portion was generous. I was very satisfied with both the food and the overall experience.

Clean and spacious interior with a simple layout, bar situated on the left side as we entered.

We were greeted warmly and promptly seated by Fabian.

Folks craving seafood have come to the right place. Warm bread with butter to start.

We tried Sea Bass and Paella for one. Paella is packed to the brim with shrimps, clams, mussels, squid and fish. Delicious!
Sea Bass was a bit salty but Fabian and Paola took steps to resolve immediately. Fine examples of customer service culture, really appreciate and very grateful!!

Been there twice. Both times the food was amazing but i will not be going back. The service is terrible. Waited over 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Not even water was served. Staff had attitude and were generally unpleasant. Only one waitress was actually working the rest of the staff were lounging around just talking to eachother. It's a shame because the food really is delicious.
