Never heard of fuchka before but was very similar to pani puri, only with the inclusion of boiled eggs, tasty and flavourful.

Tong is a small food cart on side of the road. The food was very good, I especially liked the Dahi fushka. There are a few stools to sit and eat in front of the cart.

We tried the puchka and jhal muri, loved the puchka - crunchy puris and the filling is delicious. I'll definitely be back for more, could have used more of the pani and can do without the egg on top. The best chaat I've eaten in the states for sure !

My wife introduced me to this place, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. I had never had fuschka before . . . and after having it here, nowI want it ALL the time. Like drive 70 miles to New York City all the time. Fuschka is savory, sweet and crunchy all at once. A true Bangladeshi treat. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

Every few months I really crave the pani puri / fuchka from Tong so I have to make the trek out here just for this. Still freshly made, still an incredible bomb of flavor in a bite. I always try to stop by to/from Tong and try to take everyone here because it really is that good. Cash only!

Amazing fuchkas!Fun to chat a bit in Bangla again too :)
THE ORIGINAL!! Ordered the fuchka and it was a fun eating experience! Be sure to get at least 2-3 scoops of the water in. Service was quick and no line on a Sunday afternoon.

It was a great snack, made on the spot and all ingredients tasted fresh. The service was excellent, the man was patient and polite. It's not a big meal, but it's tasty and good value.

This is the original. They’ve spawned so many imitators. Fuska is great but so is everything else. Definitely try the mango and guava.

Very very good Fuska (Pani puri) and jhal muri. I've come here multiple times! The price point is right and with all the hype they get, I appreciate they didn't increase it more (please don't !) . Food:Fuska (Pani puri) $7 -- I've tried both versions: the one with yogurt and the one with tamarind (?) sauce. Overall, I prefer the one with tamarind sauce. However, if it's a hot day, you might enjoy the one with yogurt more as it has a refreshing taste to it. Jhal muri $6 -- you can comfortably share this with two people. I liked how moist it was too. It's not all that spicy imo, but then again I'm Bengali and my spice tolerance is high . LolAmbience: They provide stools like in Bangladesh, lol. Service: is good. They only accept cash but they do take Zelle (for a fee).

Love the chotputi and fuchca. It's really amazing to have the taste and flavor of your teen once again. Taka away is even better as they give thing separately so that you can mix them once home.Vegetarian options: Fuchca by itself is a vegetarian dish. If you don't want egg just ask them no to put it.
