Worst chipotle in NY. Never have dressing prepared for salads and food is always low

The food is too salty particularly the chicken and regular steak. I thought maybe it was just that day however it’s all the time. Other sites food is not as salty. I become very hesitant on this location.

Had to edit my review to say: Can the guy who keeps telling me they don't have plain white rice when I've ordered it without cilantro for years, stop telling me lies? I can't tell if you've been ordered to lie or too lazy to go get some, but I'm thinking about letting go of Chipotle because of this. Aren't you tired of playing the bluffing game with me every week? LolI like coming here because it's pretty roomy and I can always find a seat. However, the chicken could use some help from the flavor department, and I don't mean with black pepper.

They always forget my chips and queso! I’ve ordered 3x and every single time they forget my sides. They also do it with kids meals and never, ever give you the complete kids meal. What’s up with that?

I usually order online. I ordered once, food came VERY SKIMPY. Said, maybe it was the person and I tried again. This time, it was worst. You would think for like $17, it would be a good portion. I only like regular chicken so I don’t have a problem With the protein but even for lettuce, they skimp it so bad ! I also called and asked for a little extra sour cream and maybe a few extra pieces of lettuce was told that they charge $3 just for the sour cream and since it’s online order, they can’t add it . ??. They said that franchise manager makes them charge for everything. Even if a customer asks for extra rice, lettuce or cheese they charge. Yes ! They charge extra for some extra lettuce. lol It’s not worth it. I feel like garden city location is WAY BETTER!

Definitely needs to improve the food, especially the rice. I’ve been to this location several times and the rice is always hard. Sometimes even burnt Ridiculous, seems like this don’t even try.

The workers have zero sense of urgency to help customers they look stoned out of their mind or are being purposely slow. No manager to be found. Charging $3.10 for a 16oz Poland springs water bottle... Ridiculous price on such a tiny bottle of not specially branded water. The whole inside seating is filled with people eating panda express from next door and Uber eats drivers taking up the seating. The workers wandering about behind the counter letting a huge line of people stand waiting 20+ minutes to get food. The floors are dirty. The soda machine out of order, forcing me to pay $3.10 for a lunch box bottle of Poland springs. Terrible.

The server seemed to have a attitude problem, like she really didn’t want to be bothered. The customer, in front of me. She really didn’t want to help him at all, when he asked for extra, she looked at him, like it was going to mess up her day. I wish, I took a picture of her, because she did the same thing, with my order. Most of the tables were dirty, the juice machine was broken again. It always seems like, it’s always broke

i went for lunch a 2335 New hyde park road i informed the cashier that the tables outside were dirty she showed me where the napkins were . i went back and let her know that the tables were sticky i was given a BUCKET THAT HAD WATER AND A RAG !!!!! I never have had such HORRIBLE SERVICE if I hadn't already paid for my food i surely wouldn't have spent my money there!!! I think it was the manager he should be told that a DU RAG should only be worn at home .!!I If i could give you a ZERO i would

Today was covering a location on sutphin Blvd and decided to go to this location for lunch. The girls were friendly but the prices and portions were not. Server prepared my bowl with 2 and a half scoops of rice, which was fine, once we got to the meat, she then applied one small tong full of meat in wich I ask for a bit more she said it would cost 4$ more for the portion. I said fine making a 13$ to about 17 then ,added sour cream and cheese. She proceeds to give just a pinch of cheese down the middle of my plate. I had then said to the worker may I have just a bit more cheese to cover the bowl she prompted me that that would also cost more around a dollar, so I said fine. Upon paying the charge was 24.56 from 15 dollars, an astronomical increase in price in which the workers didn't even understand the price once I pointed out I've been consuming with them at their Barclay's location for almost half the price with asking for a "bit more meat and cheese" I also stated I work next door is there any discounts ad there weren't any. This location is inflating prices almost 2xs the normal Chipotle at any other location. I would not recommend buying from this location there are plenty of halal and other food options around at a 3rd of the cost than this. I truly feel sorry for the workers who have to constantly explain the prices (only a pinch ) they said. Ridiculous for such an amount of money would not recommend this location to anyone who works around the area. It's no question why it was completely empty inside.

I visited the location and ordered a salad. Who knew vinaigrette was $1.75. Wow. Take note of your. As for facilities. The floor was sticky. As for food, honestly it lost its appeal. This was a tricky move on part of restaurant. Notifying customer up front giving them option to order or not should be done not at end receipt is in bag. I can buy a bottle of dressing and if not getting seeing, there no need for salad. I vow never to buy from that facility again and will let my friends know as well. Very disappointed.
