Visited here to buy a snack, handed over two $5 bills, my purchase came to $6. The cashier didn't give me change until I questioned where my change was. Cashier was adamant that I only gave $6, she finally said she would check the till once it was opened at the next customers purchase. Sure enough, I got my $4 change. I know it's only a very a small amount but wanted to highlight that people should check their change.

Worst experience as always! Notjing changed comparing year to year. I understand the face pace environment especially in the airport but definitely iy is possible to be more polite and be nicer to customers. No communication at all, no thank you, no greeting. I woek for customer service for 12 years so definitely basic service would be greatly appreciated but sorry I think we all spending our money here just to get disrespected.thats all….

The person in charge (cashier) at 3:30 pm at JFK airport in terminal 4, terrible service, not good at all. They are supposed to work in customer service, so many people want to work and they hire people who honestly leave a lot to be desired.

To add in flavor, it cost an approximate extra $1 plus taxBut other than that, the coffee was made as expected, but beware that this location does not do business with “Dunkin’ Rewards”Wheelchair accessibility: Ground Level

Sunday, November 12th, 2023... I visited this Dunkin Donut express kiosk this morning around 4:45 am as they were still preparing to open but I was warmly greeted by the cashier. I wanted a jelly donut and went to the donut display case. And there it was, a huge roach (not a waterbug) crawling next to the donuts on the bottom shelf. Facts, where there's 1 roach, there's a hundred. I immediately tried to point it out to the employee who was stocking paper products near the display case and she flat-out ignored me. So I left. America runs on Dunkin, but if I were you, I'd run away from that Dunkin... Terminal 4, post-security at the end of the food hall. Never again! I've sent a complaint to the Dunkin Donuts corporate office as well.
This location has a self-ordering kiosk, which allows you to peruse all of the food/beverage offerings and select the one you like best. There was a long line when I went, so don't order here expecting to be able to "grab-and-go." If you have 15-20 minutes before your next engagement, that should be plenty of time to order a doughnut, sandwich, or beverage from here. I found both the staff and other customers were friendly and helpful in assisting me with navigating the digital kiosk and lines.

There's a line for ordering and another line for pick-up. I stood in the ordering line for at least 5 minutes and was not even acknowledged. The staff were only handing orders to people all around me. I asked if anyone was taking orders and finally one them responded that I need to order from the kiosk and pay with card. I simply walked away after that.

I visited this establishment today at 2pm sep 20th 2023. There were flys all over the place, around food and beverage machines. This place is a health hazard and it is sad that it is the first American resturant many foreign tourists will encounter on their arrival to this beautiful country. I ended up not ordering due to the condition of the resturant. The staff was not helpful at all and disregarded my suggestions. Please close this resturant or send a health inspector before you kill someone.

Terrible service by your staff. Today Thursday 08/17/2023 8:00 pm the black overweight lady behind the counter decided it was ok to scream at me because I did not hear my name from behind the counter. She is rude and disrespectful and has no business dealing with customers.
