Customer service is not great. They're very slow, seemingly occupied doing other things. I waited in line over 20 minutes. I ordered an iced tea and a croissant. I was told, "We don't sell iced tea." I pointed out that it's prominently displayed on every sign. She shrugged. I just looked at her (I think I was expecting some sort of acknowledgement of the misrepresentation... nope). The cheese danish was pretty good (tasted surprisingly fresh), just the cashier that was helping me didn’t know what any of the baked goods on display were and had to ask her coworker. The coworker that knew what the baked goods were was nice, the one checking me out acted like it was exhausting that I had to ask… even though she herself didn’t know. They charged $14 for some cookies that were labeled as $6 on the shelf.When I complained about it (and showed this picture), the barista said she "scanned it" and "there was nothing she could do". Also, she said it "wasn't her fault". Apparently you have to double-check your total or they will overcharge you.
