The new owner or owners have really done great things with their new venture. The pride of ownership is apparent. It's way cleaner than it used to be. Staff is more attentive and enthusiastic.Traditional New York bagels. Nice to see egg everything and 7 grain everything. It's just a way better vibe and experience than the B&B of old.

Nothing special or delicious.Food is tasteless, products which it is made from is cheap and looks like not fresh. I also got some hair/eyelash in addition in my sandwich.Definitely do not recommend.

Came up from Florida and happen to find this hidden gem in kingston, and talked to JUSTIN and suggested I try the chopped cheese ,and it was Awesome, nothing like this in Florida, and the bagels were so GOOD,we ended up buying 2 dozen after breakfast/lunch,and he suggested the spicy salsa and cheese bagel, and it was spot on ,when we come up to visit family again ,this is a go to place

Stopped looking for coffee which was very good. Lovely staff. Mom got a toasted bialy for the first time and loved it. Got bagels to take home. Only downside was having to go to Hannaford’s for the bathroom.

Great food and wonderful service! I hadn't been here in a while and I was pleasantly surprised to see how many improvements there were. The store looks great and the new owner is really friendly. You should definitely stop by and try their egg sandwiches. Great coffee too!

Was in the area visiting family and stopped in for some NY bagels and some spreads to bring home for breakfast and boy was I surprised at how amazing everything was….great authentic NY bagels and the cream cheese and tuna salad were excellent! Met the new owner Justin who is a native upstate New Yorker and what a nice guy! Best of luck and we will be back up soon for more of that delish!!??

This place has always had great bagels but needed a face lift. It is now under new ownership and looks great! Will definitely be returning.

InNew owner is doing a great job! He's honoring B&B''s longstanding tradition for the best bagels in the area.

Half toasted bagel, sub standard amount of cream cheese. I will not be returning. I wish I had taken a picture to report but I was so hungry that I ate it. 2 stars because, as bagels go, it was decent.

We stopped here randomly on our way upstate and they accidentally charged us twice for our dozen bagels. We didn’t notice at all (so 5 stars for great pricing!) but they stopped us from leaving to correct their mistake and were so nice and apologetic. I wish I remembered their names but it was a guy and a woman working today and they were such honest, caring people! Also the veggie cream cheese is soo good. We will definitely come back whenever passing through!

Terrible service on 7/1/23. Usually the staff and bagels/sandwiches are excellent. They was short staff on that weekend, both of the 2 ladies made a mistake on an order. However they both snapped and got mad at me. They should be either be warned or fired. On the 2nd reorder, I offer to write a list. They said they got it. 2nd time another minor mistake. I asked a refund and they refused. Plus a heavy set Woman staff member on 7/1/23 states “I am a L**** in Life” to me. She needs to leave this job.Strong Advice for the Owner. They should have had only the 2 staff on 7/1/23 only sell bagels and no sandwiches. Even being short staffed they could have been more polite. From now on, I will only go to Home Plate Deli and other area places for bagels/sandwiches.

Moved from Kingston to a new state a few weeks ago. Stopped at B&B as my last spot in New York before traveling. Got two dozen bagels for freezing. Asked them to slice them, because I knew when I got to the new place I would have no idea where a knife was. It took an insanely long time, and 24 out of 24 bagels were sliced as crookedly as a bagel can be slice. Full on diagonal. Not one half will fit in the toaster. Seemed intentional to me (24 for 24?). I called them, spoke to someone, called again the next day, got cut off, tried back got no answer. We always tip well and are always polite. It's not just that an employee would cut them like that out of spite, but that the owner didn't care. The attitude in this place is always that you are inconvenient, so - I found good bagels where I moved, but as I tossed the ones in the freezer today, was reminded to leave this review.
