My boyfriend and I came in for their specialty drinks for Valentine's Day. There were two people working and it was 7 hours before they closed. The guy who rang up the orders was nice. The girl who was in the back was called out to come make the drinks. We were the only two people there and it was 430pm on a Sunday, not busy at all. She didn't come out until 15 minutes later when another customer came in and ordered 6 drinks. By then, my drink, which was made 15 minutes ago, was sitting on the counter behind the bar so all the foam was gone and the latte luke warm. When she handed the drink to my boyfriend, she said "Oops I forgot about this one," after asking "Are you waiting for something else?" when she handed him his iced drink. Really?? Didnt even offer to make it again fresh. My boyfriend didn't even get the right drink. It was just an ice coffee with a bit of the flavoring in when it was supposed to be the iced latte with whipped cream and drizzle. The color wasn't right, it's supposed to be a nice pink, and there was stuff floating in the bottom of the drink that was not coffee grinds. The condiment bar was filthy and there were no napkins. 5 other people came in and ordered drinks which was made for them right away. The only nice thing about the experience was the doughnuts.

I go into dunkin everyday. At least 3x a day. Ever since management has switched last week nothing has been the same. And i always have to have them fix my coffee.. i spend entirely too much money in there everyday to have bad customer service..

NYS law dictates that if you have seating for your customers you must also provide a bathroom for public use. I have yet to have a decent experience at this location.

Need to train their workers bettwr
