For the 2nd time in less than a week I tried to patronize the deli only to find it closed.apparently it is a staffing issue but you would think the owner would step up and man the deli . I tried Joes deli on Wall St and was pleasantly surprised. In the 23 years I have patronized Terrys , no one ever engaged in conversation. Today, on my first time at Joes the gentleman working carried on a conversation and thanked me for coming in.

First time at Terri's. Okay - I ordered online, maybe that was a mistake, but they have an option to order online so I did. I got the roast beef sandwich, and added a few things. Immediately got an update on a time frame it would be ready. Upon walking in, there's kind of an old school vibe, I could tell by the dusty quarts of oil to be bought in the corner of the place. I get online - notice first thing, there's someone working you misheard a customer in front of me and brought out the wrong thing for them. I'm online for 5 minutes, no one checks in with me. People are ordering and getting sandwiches before anyone speaks to me. I see the same worker, presumably making my sandwich but he thought it was for someone else. So I think he ends up making another one. Just gets right up in my face, with " Is this for you? " Mind you the receipt is upside down. It's on the wrong bread, there's no lettuce (which the signature sandwich comes with), cannot even taste horseradish. I don't know what happened. Maybe I got the fluke - it happens. Maybe it was someone's first day, or bad day. I'll try it again at some point. But man, pretty bad service, and almost 30 minutes from order time, to make a 3 minute sandwich.
Very impressed by the homemade salads, excellent Boars head sandwiches and delicious panini. Frequenting is my pleasure.

Terri's Market & Deli has a friendly environment and fast service. I got the Terri Roast beef special Sub, it was great, the horseradish was my favorite part of the meal. I also got Macaroni salad, I was not impressed with the macaroni salad, not something I would recommend as a side here. The Macaroni salad was the only flaw in my lunch from here.

If I had this place in my neighborhood, my wallet would be doomed. I wouldn’t want to cook!I remember being in the neighborhood paving last year and coming here. Breakfast sandwiches was fantastic, it’s crazy how much better a bagel tastes over something from dunkin’.. seeds so good! ? coffee and a sandwich with an extra egg isn’t even $10.I do hope they can get a new toaster soon!!?

I ordered two different sandwiches here, they were decent and good. But the lady on the deli staff with the 3-star neck tattoo was quite unfriendly. She pointed at customers while gossiping, very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
