No ambiance, no music. Very expensive (US$200 for 8) tastes like boxed crepes and extremely slow

Utterly awful. Half a page menu. Plastic plates and cups. Brown and serve sausage. Asked for wheat toast, we all got white, stale white. Asked for a sandwich was just told "no". Cash only. Dry, unseasoned potatoes do not constitute home fries. Just awful. I should have known when every other place had a line out the door but this was half empty.

This place needs to go somewhere to die. Awful. 40 dollars for eggs and toast times 2. The guy that sat us was so off putting it was ridiculous. Do not go!

Great atmosphere and people! Our server was amazing, and the staff was full of energy. Comfortable place, multiple seating options, good food, fast service. Excellent breakfast option to start the day! Dutch Apple Pancakes were fantastic!

Right from the start it was dreadful.Brown water for coffee. 5 things on menu. Unappealing and overpriced. Even the server suggested we go to a place down the road. How they keep the lights on I’ll never understand. Cumberland farms serves better breakfast

Stopped in here July 30th, 2023 on our way to Myrtle Beach. The food was horrible, from beginning to end. The place looks run down, not quaint. I’m not sure about anything in this place. Plastic dishes so I guess no dishwasher to wash the dishes really good. Plastic glasses to serve the water looked so used and crackly that I used my straw to drink. The place is tired, they definitely need a new cook and a food inspector. We paid 43$ before tip for a horrible breakfast. Won’t ever go back.I don’t recommend anything but this website doesn’t have that choice so I had to choose something. How odd!!Kid-friendliness: Anyone is welcome to go, but stay away from this place. The food is horrible.

Staff was polite and courteous. Unfortunately the food was awful and the location smelled of mildew. Expensive for a breakfast of this caliber.

If I could have put zero stars this would have been more accurate. This place was a huge disappointment. Everything was terrible. Upon arrival I could only find the men’s bathroom and the waitress invited me to use it when I asked to go to the women’s facilities because no one had used them yet! The eggs, ordered sunny side up seemed to be watered down if that’s even possible. The were gross and very runny. I don’t know what they use on the toast but it didn’t taste good. Sausages and bacon were not to standards and the potatoes had an odd taste, and weren’t even warm. I asked for water and used my straw to drink out of the plastic overused glass. The plates were plastic as well. I question how well everything was washed. If they were glass dishes I’d at least have the hope that they go in a dishwasher where very hot water can be used. Here, I’m not so sure. No jam on tables and when the waitress came over to offer some she had two packets in her hands, when I said I didn’t want any at the moment, she brought them back to her counter. The bill for this horrible, tiny portioned breakfast for 2 was 43$ before tip!! What a rip off. We were so afraid we’d get sick afterwards. We had a long road ahead of us, on our way to Myrtle Beach. Never again will we stop here. They should honestly just close this place down. Send food inspectors please.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pancake House Restaurant, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch, and the host greeted us with a warm smile and led us to our table promptly. The level of hospitality displayed by the staff was truly exceptional. Our waitresses were not only polite but also incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our requests were promptly attended to throughout the meal. They even offered great suggestions from the menu, which enhanced our dining experience even further. Now, let's talk about the food! The quality and taste of the dishes exceeded our expectations. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, and the various toppings and syrups offered a delightful variety. I also tried one of their savory options, and it was equally delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned.Overall, our visit to Pancake House Restaurant was so fantastic that I'm already looking forward to revisiting soon. If you're looking for great food and outstanding service, this is the place to be! Highly recommended!
