Food was OUTSTANDING. Our server was also a gem. Only reason for 4 stars is price. Two meals with a shared appetizer and a glass of wine each was $149 before tip. Sign of an economy that has been beat to shreds over past 3 years I guess. Great place for a special occasion.

This is the best Italian restaurant in the region. The ample variety of pastas are always perfectly cooked. Burrata mozzarella is beautiful. The sauces are wonderful. The Caesar salad is unique and perfect. Light sauce with powerful flavor. The drinks are artful. We had a Moscow mule and a espresso martini. Both were perfect. Every part of this place is just an A+. I wish it were closer to the Hudson valley, we would eat there every week.Vegetarian options: There's plenty of vegetarian fare here.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating and capable kitchen, eager to work with dietary restrictions.Parking: Parking is right in front of the door of the restaurant. Very convenient.Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly. Not only is it welcoming the kids, but the food is delightful to any kids palette.

I visited this restaurant when I went hiking in Lake george. I liked both food and service. However, the restaurant smells bad and needs a better air system. All our clothes and jackets were smelly after leaving the restaurant.Also, this was the first time when I was not served with Italian bread at an Italian restaurant. In fact, we ordered a bread plate and paid ourselves.

Food is okay. Our service was not great though. We waited more than an hour to order. Had to track down the waitress a few times, fortunately a very caring server assisted us many times even though we were not her table. Ask for Olivia, amazing service.

Went for dinner and left after appetizers. First we were sat next to a table with a child who did not stop screaming! The waiter was nice enough to move us. However we were moved to a high top that was on a HUGE hump in the floor. Both these issues are not the worst thing and we could have definitely lived with it, what was the one that was something that was unacceptable was the mussels we ordered. They were the size of finger nail clipping. $22.00 for a bowl of mussels that were non existent. The service wasn't great but it wasn't bad.
We ordered take out so this review is based strictly on the food itself . We ordered a few different pasta and seafood dishes as well as the pasta with ragu sauce The flavor in all the dishes was amazing so the taste gets 4.5 stars I felt the prices were a little on the high side Yea yea I get it - seafood but still and then they have that credit card xtra fee on top of those prices ! Might reconsider where to order for next time

What a delight to find this Italian gem open on a Monday night at 8 PM! I was promptly greeted by a professional and courteous bartender who offered up fine food beverage selections without having to ask if the kitchen was still open. St Francis cab sav by the glass was a pleasant find! Veal Francaise cooked perfectly to the extent that I handed back my unneeded knife to the bartender with a gratuity for the chef who nailed it on sauté! Owner, Yerbol stopped by to chat which is always a nice touch. I've always said in this business, guests walk out the door thinking one of two things: Hmmm, I just dropped $xx.xx on that meal, was it worth it? Or That was great I can't wait to bring my spouse/friend/family to Saluti! Yeh, I'll be back with friends/family soon...

If you are looking for delirious Italian Food in Lake George, NY, this is a great Restaurant to visit. The service is great and they have a super waiter named Bilton. He was very attentive and made us feel right at home. Whenever we visit Lake George again you can bet we'll be having dinner there again. Thank you Bilton

My wife and I Love coming to Lake George,NY all the time. We've enjoyed the atmosphere, the fresh air and the peace.Saluti , is one of many restaurants that we have been to. It's the only ITALIAN restaurant worth going to.The atmosphere is wonderful. Cozy and feels like home. The service is always good. Pleasant staff and clean. It's the food that we come for and it hits the spot.Coming from an Italian family, I know a thing or to about Italian food. Saluti always delivers on quality Italian food. We both had the Bolenase with Papardelli pasta. Which we have had before and it's our go to dish.My only critique is the pasta could have been drained more. A bit to much water on the dish. Almost looked like a soup.Still had all the flavor you'd expect.Def stop in and give this place a chance.
