The place is run by teenagers with zero customer service experience.The franchisee clearly doesnt care about running a successful business. Wendys has a better selection, and i would absolutely recommend any fast food joint over five guys.

You would think that with the prices you pay you could at least get the flavor soda you would like. The Five Guys in Lakewood, NY soda machine had about 80% of it’s soda choices unavailable, when the staff on site were asked why all they could say was we don’t know why. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion, last time I will visit this location.

Worst Five Guys I have ever eaten at! Freestyle machine was broken. Men's bathroom was out of order. Air conditioning was leaking all over the floor.
I love Five Guys. I am a very picky eater. They have the best burger and fries for fast food. Well worth the money.

Joshua made sure we were well taken care of even though we came in so late. He made mine and my boyfriends night great and the best we couldve asked for on top of amazing food!! Highly recommend!

I went in today. Ordered a hamburger, only ketchup no cheese. I am lactose intolerant. Date ordered her burger. 4 patties. Mine came as a cheeseburger after a long wait. Place was empty. Had to wait for the manager to get back from where, we'll never know. She apologized and said they'd fix it. Some time later, it comes. 1 patty with ketchup. That wasn't what I paid for. Tried to get manager again, would not show up. So I left. I have contacted Corporate. This is beyond wrong. I would give 0 stars if possible
