I can't really speak to the establishment as I never went inside. However, from the outside, they're display window is Immaculate, every game, toy or activity, a child could imagine Just so many things that appear to the Eye from the curb. I can only imagine what the inside looks like. I think the next time I'm out there which should be very soon. I'll probably see what they have. I don't expect to be disappointed not one bit. Just on site I say check it out

Horrendous store policy that you cannot return gifts without a receipt. I didn’t want the cash, I wanted to exchange for something else. @Amazing Savings, don’t you see who your competitors are!? Amazon, Target, all have great return policies. I don’t forsee these guys being in business long term.

The prices are reasonable, but the customer service is very poor, they have little or no regards for their customers.
Management is always friendly and willing to help how they can. Couldn't find anyone other than the management at ace who could cut a key for my older Datsun and they did a great job on it.

Nice store and selection. Only a few carts available, but the store usually isn't too crowded. Many employees looking to help. The parking meters are annoying, however you don't have to pay them after 6pm.
