The staff is very rude here and when asking to confirm if sauces are in the order or verifying order is correct before leaving they act as if you're bothersome! But so many times I've left here without sauces and missing items. I have to check.

I utilized the Drive thru... as I handed my phone out the window to use ApplePay. The manager dangled the card terminal by its cord for me to use. Something about that just rubs me the wrong way...

I usually am greeted by the man with black glasses... he's a bit slower in the window
but definitely better with customers.

The lines are way to long, drive through longs long so you go in and they make you wait til drive thru is gone.

Don't normally do fast food but was in a hurry. My windows was froze shut so had to go in the restaurant. After we ordered was by the fountain station and noticed how dirty it was. Then our burgers came out. Mayo all over the bun top and bottom. It was a hot mess.My poor husband had so much mayo on when he unwrapped it ended up all over his jacket. Makes me question what the kitchen looks like

Today I got breakfast at Burger King. The bacon was raw and the sandwich a total mess. The work ethic of whoever made this bacon egg and cheese on croissant doesn’t exist nor did they give a crap. Totally disgusting and a total waste of money 😡 wish I could post this pic of it..

I ordered a classic melt in the drive thru. The sandwich came with two pieces of untoasted bread. I went in to the restaurant and asked for the bread to be toasted. They took the sandwich, microwave it, and have it back to me, still untoasted. I asked them to try again and they took the sandwich to the back and came back with a replacement. The bread was once again untoasted and the manager said that is the way it is supposed to be. I brought up a picture on my phone and showed her what the sandwich was supposed to look like. She finally brought me a toasted sandwich. After 15 minutes of grief, I went back to my car and ate my now cold tater tots and my pitiful sandwich. I may be done with Burger King.

I'm not sure whats up with this location. Placed breakfast order and arrived to a closed store. Called number and got someone out of bed who couldn't figure out how to get staff in. Ordered the other day and went for pickup 20 minutes later; food not ready, store in chaos and couldn't give me a time for food to be ready. Kitchen was indicating 30 minutes for some items. They need help, new management, something..

SLOWEST Burger King I’ve ever been to. I waited almost 30 minutes for a burger and there was only one person in front of me. Go across the street to Wendy’s they are wayyyyy faster and a lot nicer!!! I will never go here again!!!!!!!

i used to work here a few years ago. all im gonna say is once I quit during covid, if i ever happen to go in, there’s one manager there that will give me nasty looks cause she remembers me. so i absolutely refuse to step foot inside and if i go through the drive thru, I hide my face with my arm and look down at my phone (in the passenger seat obvi). such a shame because they have some “decent” food (sometimes, depending on who’s working). very awful work environment, liked a few people but everyone was always moody and pissed off and it was overwhelming to deal with attitude from not only angry customers but angry employees. worst job i ever had, if I’m being honest.
