Ordered $78 of food just to be disappointed, chicken was dry/ overcooked rice was hard on some spots and worst of all 4 egg rolls (shrimp) had no shrimp in them but had CINNAMON! WHO PUTS CINNAMON IN EGG ROLLS, TASTED TERRIBLE!¡!!!

Every time we order take out from them, they leave something off the order. We have given them multiple chances. You need to make sure your order is correct at pickup. The one time we were in a rush and didn't have a chance to check it. We called once home and found the mistake. They had no recourse for the error only saying we will get it next time. If there was a closer place to go I would definitely go there instead.

The food is decent for a Chinese place, but our order is NEVER right. We’re always missing something and if we don’t check when we pick it up, we’ll call the store and we won’t get a refund, just “order again, we’ll give you credit.” But they never keep track. We just can’t keep giving this place business.

I was a lil upset at first bc I had a bad day and just wanted some white rice with my meal to snack on later. The white rice hadn’t made it into the bag-honest mistake- but I called more than upset and was rather rude to the young man who answered sadly- not proud of that-, and this sir offered to deliver my white rice to me free of charge. I immediately felt horrible for the way I spoke to him- shouldn’t have taken him offering for me to feel bad but here we are- and they did they drove it out to me rather quickly. Thank you for turning my day around, Food was great.

I have lived in the area for 20yrs plus never had there food so I ordered $55.00 worth of food well they didn’t package the coconut chicken correct it got all over my car and the food so I called right away and told me he would credit my food do I took him for his word.. Today I decided to give it another try as we love our Happiness Garden so felt like we were cheating on them so I order a total of $80.00 wirth of food knowing I would pay the difference off of the credit but he calls up and said no only covering the coconut chicken and rice with some arguing. My wife didn’t even want me to order as the food was horrible quality last time what didn’t get covered in coconut chicken sauce but I always give a place a second chance well he rather tell me to buzz off instead over a simple replacement of meal

They accidentally gave my dinner order away to another customer with the same first name as me before I arrived to pick it up :( I know mistakes happen but I had kids at home waiting for their dinner and didn't have the time to wait while they re-made my order. The food's always been great here but this really makes me not want to order from them again.
