Fresh seafood. They have some ready made items also. The crab cakes were tasty. The pineapple mango sauce was delicious on the salmon I cooked at home. The staff are friendly. If you need something for a holiday you may want to order ahead to reserve what you want because sometimes it goes fast.

This place is fantastic! Food was great! Calamari appetizer was beyond phenomenal! The shrimp scampi and salmon entrees were both delicious and the service was exceptional! Such amazing people there! Super friendly and courteous!!! The owner is a fantastic young lady who goes above and beyond for her customers. We will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Had a delicious dinner tonight at Mahopac Seafood. Everything was so fresh. Started off by having shrimp cocktail, stuffed clams to die for and Asian calamari was delicious. Main course I had jumbo stuffed shrimp with crabmeat which was great! Definitely will be back

Food was very disappointing. ClamChowder was watery and clams were old and chewy. Lobster bisque was watery as well, and there was not a piece of lobster to be found. Fried Fishermans platter was dry and overcooked. To make things worse, they forgot to include both the clam strips and the vegetable side. Shrimp in that dish, as well as the Zuppa de Pesche, was very poor. Pasta and calamari were good, as was the sauce. Rest of the seafood in the dish was not. Overall, a big disappointment and overpriced given then low quality. Unless this was an isolated incident, the quality of the former Rick’s seafood has really gone downhill
