Right from the moment we sat down Jamie was amazing! She has an energy about her that is infectious. She took our drink order promptly and when asked about certain dishes was honest and helpful. The food was delicious but I would definitely come back to have Jamie be our server.

Our favorite brunch place of ten years closed down and we went hunting to find another one. My husband came across The Good Life online, so we decided to try it. William D. was our server and he was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable about the food and checked on us throughout the meal to ensure we had everything we needed. Our food was delicious and cooked to order. The portions were large, and the quality of the food was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant. I think it's safe to say, we have found our new favorite brunch place.

9-21-25. Went for brunch with 10 mins left and was denied. So we ordered Good Life burgers and they came out cold and undercooked. Waitress service was lacking. Never go on a Sunday. Poor staffing. Wasted my time.
Recap So after me and a friend reached out to management as requested, 3 days later not one response. Just goes to show how the quality of an establishment can tank due to poor management and hiring incompetent staff due to desperation. They even deleted their response to use. How pathetic. You lost a few customers. Should have went across the street like we first wanted too. SMH.

Today's visit was horrific. We went to celebrate a birthday lunch and it was just horrendous on every level. The waitress was completely inattentive. It took 20 minutes to get a beer. Then we ordered and we specifically asked for the burgers to be cooked well. To our dismay they arrived cold and rare. We told the waitress and she got angry offered nothing and asked us to hand her our dishes. We obviously cancelled the order and left totally hungry and angry. Just terrible.
Sent private message to restaurant as instructed but never heard back. Terribly disappointing.
