McDonald’s has truly gone downhill with this owner. This location is by far the worst! Has been this way since 2019. Food is always slapped together, missing from bag, speed of service is horrendous. Maybe if the supervisors stopped worrying about a bonus; the restaurants would be able to staff correctly, engage with customers, and focus on quality. Customers want accuracy and team members that are enthusiastic about their job!

Food was fine. Staff are great. But the issue is the amount of yellow jackets and wasps around the place right now. They are hyper aggressive. Beware if you walk in or roll down your window at the drive through!

Store doors open. Board has mobile orders as in process. After waiting 5 plus minutes to see a person, guy comes out and says we're not open computer issue. All of the customers leave. Place is usually barely functional normally. Hopefully they won't be open ever again. Lol.

I don’t know how this McDonalds stays in business. No matter what we order they seem to mess it up, and let’s not even talk about ice cream or shakes. It seems the machine is always not working. Just a horrible way to do business. And it seems like the owners just don’t care.

Each category received one star because it wouldn’t let me give zero stars. These people could screw up a couple of water they have attitudes they think they They cut you off while you’re speaking they give you the wrong stuff and amazingly it’s your fault that they got your order wrong. They wanna make $20 an hour plus but they can’t do a toddlers job. Go figure.

Ridiculous. I did a $61 mobile order for drive thru pickup. I get home and I'm missing my 2 pies and my double quarter pounder with cheese. I call them and am told to come back for the missing food and when I get there I have to wait forever for my missing food while my whole family is at home eating their food without me. Why pay them more if they can't even get orders right?

I stopped to get breakfast the only thing that this location can’t seem to mess up and it took 10 minutes to take my order and another 10 minutes of sitting at the window waiting to pay before I just left I was the only person in the drive thru and there was nobody else around

Every time they go there they get our food wrong. The service is always ridiculous. We get ignored or we get an attitude. The dining room is always a mess and they allow loud obnoxious teenagers to be in there for hours on end.

A decent spot for a quick meal, but it can be hit or miss. The food is usually what you expect from McDonald’s, but service can be slow at times, especially during peak hours. The drive-thru could be more efficient, and the cleanliness inside could use some improvement. That said, it’s a convenient place to grab a bite when you’re in a hurry. Hopefully, they work on consistency!
