The food was good, and what was expected of a chain restaurant. What made the visit special was our server, Rachel. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without being fake, and made us feel like she genuinely enjoyed our company.

Many Ruby Tuesday's have been closing down, and I miss them because I always enjoyed their food, especially the salad bar. Today was no exception. I friend of mine told me about this one in Medford that's still open. We met there for dinner. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Fiesta and added the unlimited salad bar. My wife and I were seated ad soon as we walked in. We waited about five minutes before our server arrived. She apologized. The food arrived quickly and was very good. When we received the check. the salad bar was not on it. She said she did not charge us for the salad bar because of the wait. This we thought was very nice as we were patient and did not mention the time we waited. There is also plenty of parking.
