Used to be amazing, we were weekly customers. Service is terrible, staff has changed dramatically and clearly don't want to be working there or at all. There is zero effort in making a bagel with cream cheese and everyone looks miserable behind the counter, there is zero customer service. While understandably pricing has surged during the current market, $1 per topping (ie. lettuce or tomato is quite excessive) This is really a shame as loyal customers for years but we will be looking for alternative locations.

Past few experiences are not worth this price tag. I’m drawing the line. We’ve been watching these bagels shrink while increasing in price alongside a rise in complacency with whoever you’re hiring these days. Bye!

Outstanding variety of fresh bagels, custom cream cheese, fresh pastry, custom salads and brunch food. There is also a large drink selection to compliment every meal. Plenty of seating available. Though the line moves fast, it is smart to pre-order!

Ridiculous pricing for bagels. $6+ for a bagel with cream cheese. The food is fine, but look elsewhere for better prices.

Omg what a great place! The bagel sandwich I got was like heaven and they're super nice. My partner asked for cream cheese after the fact and they were super cool about it!

Great New York-style bagel/deli. Has everything you could want.Parking: Parking usually isn't hard to find, particularly at off times. The lot is congested though, can be tough to move around and get out so best not to bring in a huge vehicle.

My last visit had some problems with customer service. But the manager reached out to me, and due to his genuine response, we tried Bagel Biz again. This was a totally different experience. All the counter help seemed pleasant. They were not put off by our order. They were quick and friendly. Bagels were great, my son even ate two!!! (Plain of course) We will return again. I know every business strives to give their customers a great experience, and staffing is hard. It was the manager's genuine concern and understanding about that last experience that made me go again. Thank you for caring!!!

First of all , it would be nice if my bacon, egg and cheese sandwich actually had the cheese melted instead of thrown on at the very end. Secondly, I purchased the freshly squeezed orange juice, which is an absolute abomination, because I personally squeezed my own oranges on a daily basis, and these juices do not taste freshly squeezed at all. This orange juice came out of a Tropicana bottle thrown into a cup with a label up marked $5.50 and sold on the shelves That is false advertisement and legal action can easily be taken against the store. Inflation especially in this state is already absurd. How can you have the heart to rip people off like this?

This is NOT 3 egg whites! This has 1 egg white and I was charged for 3 egg whites. This is the smallest egg sandwich Ive ever had. It has little to no egg on it
