The drive through lady was rude when I came back to exchange an item with an object in it. I didn't even cause a scene just wanted an exchange... She said "oh they must have put it in the bowl" if I did that why would I only try to exchange not ask for a refund?
"There are few problems a bucket of chicken can't solve"The customer service is warm with thoughtful recommendations and all my visits so far have yielded no issues so maybe I'm just lucky in that regard but there are other issues with the drive thru.It's KFC and you know what you are getting when you decide to goto a KFC.
