I've been eating here for at least... 5+ yrs, & I agree the place is small, & the food is great*** (when they get it right). It's always a hit or miss; sometimes the rice is too salty, this time my rice was burned (smelled like it as soon as I got home & took off the lid).... I don't understand why they can't get it right at least 90%?? Another time I asked for rice & got fries instead; my behind went RIGHT BACK to get my rice.... And the prices are overrated... will cost you around $40++ for a combo....I do recommend but hopefully you get a "good" day...

I give this rating based on the quality of food and service. The rotisserie chicken is excellent and I recommend that everyone tries it. Dining area is cold in winter due to customers going in and out for take away orders.

First time trying Peruvian food, I loved my experience there and the food was delicious & met my expectations ?. I am glad that I got to try a new dish. Only giving it 4/5 due to aesthetic

I'm very familiar with Pio Pio however I always go to & order from the Jackson Heights location, but I don't live in the area so the only way to get it is literally going. I was surprised when I saw this location available for me via UberEats, so I ordered. The packaging & food were both good & consistent with what I expect from Pio Pio. I had ordered a half chicken (dark meat), avocado salad, avocado slices with their Aji Verde (green sauce). I ordered a large green sauce because that sauce taste amazing & goes pretty well with any protein. I've tried it with Salmon & steak & it takes it to another level. I love that sauce lol. I have no complaints about my order & would order again.

First time having Peruvian food, and I must say I was very impressed and loved everything I had tasted. Server was very nice as well. Only giving it 4/5 stars because the decor isn't all that great. Amazing place!

I literally just ate there. Their salsa verde is the best I've ever had. The Maduros were awesome. The chicken, rice and beans were ea6 better than the columbian joints in jackson heights

Totally lost my appetite today going to pio pio with garage cans outside on the side of the resturant made my stomach turn n my face turn green as the smell made me sick n unable to get a meal from pio pio,How do you sell photo and expect ppl to eat with 5 to 6 garage cans outside your resturantStomach turning its like eating on a garage dump..... went across the street to have a meal at Barosas resturant where it was clean of trash

Totally overpriced. The dishes are nothing special, so the place has a nice appearance but you can basically cook those recipes at home with a quarter of what you spend there and with no special training.

Went to PioPio for the first time after passing by many times. It's a very small restaurant with really good food. The Roasted Chicken is their most popular plate. They offer many sides as well. There aren't many tables to sit down and eat but I did see alot of people picking up food to go.

These maduros look disgusting. I regret ordering from this location. Does it look appetizing to you?
