I ordered a four slices of pizza, mozz sticks, and garlic knots. I received cold hard bunt pizza and greasy mozz sticks almost an hour and half after I ordered it. I’m only 1.9 miles from this place, if I would have had the chance I could have walked there and back faster. I contacted Uber eats and the driver was from this pizza shop. The slices looked and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. I took a few bites then threw them all in the trash. What a waste of $59, and I’m still hungry. Will not order from here again.

We had an event at the catering room, and the service was fabulous the waiters did such a wonderful job keeping up with everything and treated us like loyalty. I highly recommend this place.

The food is good. Customer service... not so much. I've been here many times... Every single time I've been here, they've never greeted me or asked if I needed any help. Furthermore, when my order was ready, they threw it on the counter and never told me it was mine. It was sitting there for 10 mins.

We've been getting pizza from Gino's for a few months now and it's gotten to the point that if we're offered pizza from anywhere else, we ask if they've ever had Gino's. It's not "traditional New York pizza", it's better! The seasoning you normally add to a plain slice, is added to the pizza during the cooking process. For god sales, they have perfected the garlic knot pizza!!!

Impressions: We walked in at different times but got quick seating, followed by quick waters, including the lemons I asked for. Solid. Then came unexpected breadsticks! They came with butter not oil, but tasty as a start. The waitress offered more bread and even noted she could bring Italian bread instead. Service: 5 stars. The place had soft background music, nice lighting, plenty of space inside. Ambiance: 5 stars. My friend got garlic knots for the table. They're huge, and super soft, and absolutely delicious. Plenty of marinara for dipping. Even the burnt looking one was perfectly done. 5 stars. Out came the pie, split 50/50 mushroom and sausage+garlic. I had one of each and Oh. My. Goodness. This is the best pizza outside of maybe Staten Island I've ever had. Chock full of toppings - worth every penny to add those. Perfect balance of sauce and cheese. Perfectly crispy crust. Absolutely divine flavor through and through. 24 stars. If I'm ever going to be enticed to come back to Long Island, it's going to be with a visit to Gino's. I have NO CLUE how this place doesn't have 5 stars but trust me: This'll spoil you on how good pizza can be. Nowhere else is gonna measure up. Eat at Gino's. Period.

I have been here before and was always good and now it's under new ownership for a while and definitely stepped up a notch. Brandon is the new owner and with his staff they are very dedicated to making this establishment a staple in the community and Long Island. In the past year I have dined here many times with my wife and friends and attended several parties. The food is always good even with large parties which they can accommodate in one of their 2 party rooms. I have had their pizza, several types, Coffee, Cappuccino, different types of Pasta, and most recently the Eggplant Rollatini, sorry no pic on the Eggplant, all were awesome. Also, their Cannoli and Biscotti are also great. Have not tried their cakes yet. The menu is extensive. Every time we come the staff are very polite, caring and efficient, even if just getting takeout. I am glad we live nearby so we can come often. Kudos to Brandon and his Staff!!
