Radically high-quality cheesecake, bakery in the area. Apparently they were in new Paltz before but are a welcome addition to the city of Newburgh. I went in over the weekend and bought four slices for after dinner; banana, biscoff biscuit, red velvet, and cherry. It holds space among the best cheesecake I've had in my life.

"Time to make the cheesecake!" If you read nothing else other than this first line...Do not go here unless you arrive immediately after they open! Dang it, I hate to be "that customer" but I'm going to be that customer that poops on this place because this place is NOT close to my home. I drove about 40 mins to this place because of friends sharing their experiences when it was in Kingston prior to moving to Newburgh so I was excited for it to have moved closer to me. Let me preface this review by saying I called ahead asking if they had products readily available that I was interested in OR if I should order ahead to ensure I was able to purchase what I wanted since I didn't live in the area. I was told to come down because they do have the items I was interested in readily available which is a traditional cheese cake. When I finally arrived to this bakery I was confused if I was even at the correct location because there was no signs out front indicating what business this might have been. Secondly when I got inside I thought for sure I was at the wrong place because while it smelled really good inside they had two massive sized display refrigerator units with ZERO product inside. I thought, "maybe it's SO fresh they just get what we want from the back right from the oven". Nope!! They had no products to sell except a few slices of some rainbow cheese cake I had no desire to taste. The staff was super nice despite my confusion of zero product available for sale. They politely told me, "Well it is two hours before closing and we've sold out of what we had for the day!" Gee, I guess if you have no more product you might as well close your doors immediately and update business hours to "11am while supplies last for the day" because why have business hours if you are essentially closed once you run out of product to sell. UGH! I was so dang disappointed BUT I was hopeful and asked if I could order for pick up the next day or day after and was told no. Either they don't take orders or the young man mis-informed me because I was willing to place an order only because I did not live in the area. I left shattered and so disappointed because I absolutely LOVE cheese cake. Photos on Yelp from 2022 that show their beautiful display case with tons of product in it was from their Kingston location prior to moving to Newburgh. I'm not even sure if they are ready for business and probably should just take phone orders for pickup until they are ready to be officially open at the new location. I wish them the best of luck but they really should change closing business hours to "while supplies last" this way customers know if you don't line up at the door before they open then don't bother visiting.

Everything they make is beyond expectation!! So flavorful and delicious!! Definitely a cheesecake game changer!! Nobody does it better!!
They did a wonderful job with my son's birthday cupcakes for his school party. I preordered and paid online, and everything was ready and waiting for me when I picked them up. My son and his classmates thought they were delicious! My mom is a pastry chef but their cheesecake looked like it could actually compare. I'm going to have to go back and try a slice!

This place is like a drug. Once you go, you'll always come back. The cheesecakes are out of this world and they always come up with new and intriguing flavors and concoctions such as the crusties and the caramel cookie dough cheesecake. The owners and employees are great and friendly, which is great when I can't decide how much money I want to spend.... I mean which flavor to buy.

I've had a lot of cheesecake in my day, but Hudson Valley's cheesecake is the best I've ever had. It's unreal. In addition to the amazing cheesecake, they are also the best humans. Dana opened the shop on a day they were closed to provide cheesecake for a company outing. Truly incredible... and needless to say it was the highlight of the party. THANK YOU!!!

First time at Hudson Valley Cheesecake but it definitely won’t be the last. The young man at the counter was extremely helpful and kind. I decided on the upside down pineapple cake slice and strawberry crunch slice and WOW! Best cheesecake we’ve ever had. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Oreo cheesecake was good , Oreo was soft which leads me to believe it wasn't made fresh. When I went there wasn't many selections on a Friday. Was heard great reviews about their cheesecake and wanted to try to rainbow one! Cannoli was filling and my son ate the cupcake. Reached out on fb but never responded. Only went one time.
Amazing cheesecake. Go to spot after I eat anywhere in town. I check their Instagram to see what they have available everyday and have often made extra stops just because I see their crusties or strawberry cheesecake available. I will not lie, I've even called ahead and asked for them to save me a slice. Wonderful family that runs it! The showcasing of the desserts could use some improvement and there's no seating inside, so head to the park and grab grab a bench! Delicious.
