We have spent a few days in New York, and experienced various restaurants and diners. All different, but this place was my favorite. The food was good, but what made the difference was the service. Jerry was adorable! He took great care of us, and it made such a difference. He was really welcoming and even helped me charge my phone. Thank you so much Jerry! I actually do the same job as you in France, so when I am welcomed in such a kind way I appreciate it even more :)

We decided to try this given the reviews on TikTok and other social media platforms. We ordered onion rings in which one review said is a must. Ugh biggest mistake oil must have been old came out dark and greasy and the dipping sauce the never totally mixed the ketchup in w/mayo an no seasoning I have had better at Fast Food. We then ordered The Patty Melt while our toast was completely soggy from an overwhelming amount of grease and puddles of grease on the plate. The cheese was so heavy you could not even taste the Gruyère at all. Highly recommend NOT coming here.
