My friend and I went here just when in door dining was allowed during covid times, needless to say, the new implements make the indoor dining experience burdensome. There is no more sauce bar in the usual places like usual, they have sauces they roll around in this school lunch style cafeteria set up to each table. If you want to get extra of ingredients for your hotpot or kbbq, you have to go through reordering stuff through the online app which is just difficult. When we ordered, some of the stuff we wanted, they did not bring upon our table, even when we asked several times where such items were. It's not the same anymore, such a shame.

This is clearly one of the coolest place to eat in the neighborhood. Anytime I come to this place I am deeply glad. They hold their very high level service and the topmost level of food they serve. You can never go wrong with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

The place forced us to pay AT LEAST 18% tip and was trying to stop us from leaving. We already left 15% tip and one of the staff jumped out right into my face, pointed at the 18% tip number of our bill BEFORE DISCOUNT, which is actually 30% TIP of our current bill. I’m sure this is not the first time they’re doing this to customers since sometimes people don’t really do the math and will just leave whatever the tip suggestion says. Also, if there’s no sign showing 18%TIP MANDATORY, don’t expect everyone to pay for it. This really grossed me out. Will not go back.

This restaurant is clearly one of the tastiest place to eat in the region. Anytime I come there I am absolutely satisfied. They manage their high level service and the topmost level of cooking they offer. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

I went here a few nights ago with a friend. We got a lot more food than was shown in the photos, but we were too hungry to take pictures!! I really loved how this place was all you can eat. I was definitely very full when we left. We were seated on the bottom floor and the sauce bar was on the main floor, so it was a little annoying to go upstairs. Because this food was so cheap for NYC hotpot ($26 a person- all you can eat), the meat isn't an amazing quality. However, you get what you pay for. We loved the original broth but we didn't love the spicy broth. The service was pretty disorganized and rushy, but I didn't really mind. Other than that, I really enjoyed this restaurant and I will come back.

I was looking for a last minute substitution since little sheep hot pot has been temporarily closed and this place was suggested. My friend and I were so confused about the pricing and were afraid we would have had to pay for everything, but it was just $26 each person. I had the spicy broth and my friend had original broth (I prefer the original), and we shared the meats and other food. Considering the price, this place is great. I still prefer Little Sheep hot pot, but I wouldn't completely oppose coming here again.

I came to 99 Favor Taste on a Saturday night with a friend after a long walk, as it was one of the only AYCE hot pot places I could find. For ~$25, this place was definitely worth it. Upon reaching the establishment, the individuals at the front check your temperature, ask you to complete a form, and give you hand sanitizer. For hot pot, they give you a basic menu with the item list - no pictures, just words and Chinese characters. I decided to go with the original soup broth, but they also offer spicy, kimchi, and more! They gave me my own individual pot for the night, but groups have the option to go with the larger one. Food-wise, we ordered the lamb, beef, tofu, mushroom, and more! For the price, I expected to get some low quality meat, but it was surprisingly decent and fresh. The original broth was tasty and didn't feel super heavy. We ordered multiple rounds of dishes, our favorite being the lamb. They also offer Korean BBQ, which I saw most people order; definitely will try that next time! The servers here were great - they were attentive, refilling the broth whenever it got low. They also ensured those in the restaurant felt comfortable - I'm looking forward to coming here again!

I will never come back here again!!!!!!!!! You want to charge me $28.99 for Korean BBQ and not let me grill my own food... that is half the fun.. and Covid is going on and your team has to grill my food... NEVER AGAIN... you say my grill is not working yet you cannot move me to another one of your many open tables... and to think I paid this price when I could have went to koreatown for cheaper....

Last week was our first time we went to this restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the good service, with the fine meal and fine drinks and with the friendly charge. We will no doubt go back there soon.

Great food with lots of variety and, for all you can eat. My favorite was the pig bone; it was packed with flavor, but still kept on the lighter side. The spicy broth was also delicious, but a bit too oily for me. If you decide to order the spicy, I'd recommend getting a lighter option too. A little pro tip: order a side of corn and have it soak in the pot during your meal - it'll add an extra sweetness to the broth! The variety and quality of their hot pot dishes was standard, but considering how affordable the AYCE is, it's a pretty good deal. The food and service was good.

I had a party with my friend yesterday, very, very disappointed, the taste is completely different, the service attitude is very poor, and I will never go back

At the moment you come to this restaurant the waiters give you a great feeling. Very hospitable team, it is a friendly restaurant to hang out with your friends or with your date. enjoyable meals, creative chef, competitive cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Had a great time! They have indoor dining (no outdoor) and they check your temperature at the door as well as get you to sign an information form. Hand sanitizer was available on every table. They had a good selection of food and I don't think they offer dessert anymore. The tables are pretty long in general so it's very easy to social distance from people. Also, the price for AYCE hot pot is now $25.99 which isn't too bad! Would definitely recommend to call and make a reservation just in case.

Chinese food, yeah, super delicious. This place will surprise you. Service is consistently above par. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.
