We went here mostly we were tired of walking in the cold, and it looked kind of nice inside. The food reminded me of Chinese food in the 1960s-70s; it's been a while since I last saw chop suey on a Chinese menu. The service was very nice, the food kind of ordinary. Although the dining room was empty, they got a lot of phone orders while we were there.
Ordered from here last night simply because I was looking for a restaurant open late on my route home. Found I could order online, and did so knowing not much more about the restaurant. Arrived to find a very plain store front, and an interior clearly geared for take-out (about 3 tables inside) I was extremely pleasantly surprised. It was the second best Ma Po Tofu I've had in my life (and I've ordered it from a lot of restaurants - the best is in India). I look forward to returning...read full review
not sure why this place has only 2.5 stars! great service, really welcoming. the food came within 5 minutes of ordering. the soups were all good (although the wonton wrappers were a little thick). the fried potstickers were different than I was used to but I was pleasantly surprised. all in all a great experience!
