So of course they don’t make Gill-Latés, so I had the caramel macchiato instead. Macy’s Herald Square is where the heart and soul of NYC is located. Even if the food is bad at this location like the other reviewers say, Macy’s will make everything go away!
First time trying this place we wanted a quick bite to eat that didn't break the bank. The bread was fresh and the sandwich was well put together. Wish they had an Au Bon Pain in the Midwest! Way better than Panera!

Firstly, I try to rate places on what they are against what they are trying to be.We stopped in for a quick drink (8th floor Macy's) and it was really good.It was fairly quiet (Sunday 10:30am) and the service was quick and courteous.There was a buzz from the families queuing for Santaland (December 17th) and the iced coffees were really good.
