Service was friendly, fast and attentive. Food was very good and came fast. We ordered more appetizers as they were so good and did not have to wait long for the second round. We had a birthday boy with us and they gave us free dessert with a candle.

Largely ignored during our meal. No refill on water, no check in to see if we were missing something. Had to ask twice just to pay the bill. Food was good. Service is fair at best.

Food was fresh and very tasty. Portion sizes were just right. Service was friendly and food was brought to the table quickly after ordering. Plenty of space in the restaurant so we didnt feel cramped.

Soho location closed and the Chelsea location has new owners and chef. Menu is the same, but the food and service isn’t. They’re definitely cutting back. Just isn’t as good as it used to be.Also they changed the noodles in the rice vermicelli bowls to some sort of thicker noodle. I asked about it when I got my food. I’ve been eating Vietnamese food for over 29 years. The waitress tried to tell me that I must be confusing them with pad Thai noodles. This isn’t even a Thai restaurant, so why would I be confused? That was insulting especially since she then admitted that they had changed the noodles because it’s a new chef.I won’t be back.

This place is absolutely amazing! I was a huge fan of the SOHO location but this one is even better! They have very clean ingredients and lots of vegan/ gluten free options. Don't hesitate to try the amazing chocolate pudding which is actually super healthy! The PHO is the best in the city and the management is so warm and welcoming. Don't think twice about dining here- just do it!
This restaurant is one of the best Vietnamese restaurant in NYC, we came and try different food and cocktails and they were amazing. We recommend order Classic beef pho this dish in special was amazing. Feels like home, also we order shrimp rolls that they have a very tasty flavor with the sauce, chicken& ginger flavors are amazing too, and bao Buns one of the best in New York City, this place is perfect to get out of the routine and get a different food and amazing cocktails. Place is very good for dinner or any date, staff very friendly and they gave us a very nice experiences, restrooms very clean and place very comfy. Below show the pictures of our plates. Don't just provoke yourself and come and delight yourself with a spectacular meal.

We came here as a last minute choice, as we hadn't been able to get into where we'd planned. This was a lucky choice as the food was decent and the restaurant had lovely decor and friendly staff with efficient service.

Fast hot food with great and very informative service. Though their menu says 2 Bao Buns for $9, but it’s actually 1 for $9 which the waiter did disclose that. Def coming back to when I visit nyc again!

Despite having a confirmed reservation for 4 people when we arrived we found the restaurant closed and in the midst of being renovated. Our plans for the night were ruined. This is totally unacceptable both on the restaurant's part but also on Open Table's. I now realize I cannot rely on Open Table to have the correct information or to accurately confirm a valid reservation.
We found this restaurant from the review on yelp because my friend, she wanted to eat noodles plus the style of interior is very interestingShe wanted to sit in the back but the server said it is for only a big party. After we ordered everything, our service forgot our drinks order so we had to asked another server to follow up our drinks.Food is regular taste, maybe we gad too highly expectation from reading such a nice review from yelp. Salmon is not do fresh, my friend is a raw fish lover so she can tell which fresh which is not.Only thing I like about this place is the ambiance, how I feel when i sit and eat here.

Fantastic food, vibe and service. I will definitely visit this place again. The flavour of the beef Pho was so intense and the spring rolls.... So good. This is definitely in our saved list!

Good, atmosphere- 5 stars! I like the food - really tasty, but - we came with big company and my friends picked some soup and ask do not add the parsley...Anyway, the waitress brought us food with parsley!!! And I asked around 3 times to bring the plates for 2 more people! So, despite of that, I would like to recommend this place, I hope that Bo- cafe will improve their mistakes!Vegetarian options: Good, guys, but why this stuff is so spicy!?

I came with a group of five on a Saturday night for a girls dinner. We ordered 2 orders of taro fries, 2 orders of the shrimp summer roll, chicken ginger bo bun, pad thai lan, and beef lemongrass rice bowl to share family style. I would say the food was certainly underwhelming in flavor and pricey for the portion size (entrees are $20-23 each). Favorite dish was the taro fries with aioli and my least favorite was the pad thai (noodles were undercooked to the point of being almost inedible). The restaurant is quite the scene though, as seen by the pink fluorescent lighting in the photos. We were packed like sardines in a picnic table, where I practically touched the backs of our neighboring diners when I tried to get in and out to use the restroom. Overall, it seemed like a trendy fusion Vietnamese-French restaurant more intended for cocktails than food.

Terrible pho. Should be cooked all the way through. I ate here because I couldn't make it to my usual favorite place to get pho which is Love Pho on 174 2nd Ave.
