The waitress was incredibly slow the food was cold we had to wait over 20 minutes to get our check even then I'm not sure if we would have gotten it in time if we hadn't insisted and gone and tried to pay cash would not go back to this place. The manager was no help. It took over 15 minutes for the lady next to us to get a banana for her 2 year old grandchild.

Have been told by hotel that this is closed after I looked for it

We had ordered toast and bagels for breakfast, but it felt like they were very dry and not warm from the day before. The pancakes were ok.

The restaurant is a part of Embassy Suits hotel at Times Square. It took some time to find the entrance, as there is a construction work going on on its Broadway side. But this is OK. The issue is, this is NOT a French restaurant by any stretch of imagination. It is rather a low grade Mexican with the touch of a Hotel-type diner. The food was at best mediocre, with really nothing to mention. Shrimp tacos were horribly spicy, with overly dry tortilla. Onion soup was just OK. Chicken wings were really bad, and accompanying french fries was , perhaps, re-heated frozen package. Un-remarkable salad.. Great location, though, with an excellent view of the Times Square and Broadway, But for this you could just stay outside and enjoy.

Very disappointed. The picture on Open Table did represent the current state of this dump. I picked it for the proximity to the theater where our play was being performed. Big mistake. Food mediocre at best. Dirty restroom. No ambience at all.

Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts here when we stayed at The Crowne Plaza, Times Square.

Great place to visit, Travis is the waiter you want. Extremely knowledgeable of the area. He made our trip a great one.

Breakfast buffet is a total ripoff....seems like anything to do with the Crowne Plaza is a mistake!

Enjoyed eating breakfast here with my family for the past week. Kids 6-12 pay half price and under 6 eat free with a paying adult. There's a great selection of juices and cereals. A good hot station of food. The fruit could definitely be better than the pineapple and 2 types of melon each morning. The bread is quite nice and the place is amazing. The views of Times Square and the fabulous, upscale restaurant is great! The three things that would make this place better is if there was an omlette station like most hotel restaurants, better assortment of fruit and if they had brown sugar for the tea or coffee. Other than that, this restaurant is fantastic for breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal and our waiter, Keon, was very professional and courteous.

Restaurant wasn't ready for lunch at 12:30? We were the only ones there. Service was slow and meals were terrible. Restaurant was very cold as well — whole building seems that way.

We went here for lunch before a matinee. Our waiter couldn't have been nicer. He was very polite and accommodating. The prix fixed lunch option was a good deal. Our food arrived in a timely manner. The restaurant is located off the lobby of the Crown Plaza hotel. I would go back again.
