Akshay, Raja and the Team did amazing catering our 200+ guest wedding. They were very accommodating with the menu items. The process was straightforward with competitive pricing. The presentation and the quality of food was absolutely 10/10. All of the guests complimented how delicious the food was!! The only reason I reduced one star was because communication was sometimes a bit slow, which could be stressful while planning a big event. Aside from that, no complaints whatsoever, highly recommend and would give them a 4.5/5!

We used Bukhara for our 300+ wedding in NJ and they were among the best vendors we had..responsive from the very beginning, food was delicious and they were all around wonderful to work with! Please note that their non-Indian food is amazing too - we had a mix of everything!We appreciated that they listened to little things we had mentioned in passing and really showed attention to detail. Also loved that the owners , Akshay and Raja are so hands on whereas with some other Indian caterers - you’re passed off to a catering manager. It shows that these guys really care about their reputation and each and every client. Highly recommend!
