Cozy location and friendly staff. There is a vegan burger from Beyond burger on the menu but the grill is unique. Soggy fries. On the other hand, omnivorous burgers would be excellent. Sorry but no vegan, too bad

It has become a tourist trap, I don't understand the latest reviews unless they are from people who didn't know its original location. Little remains of that small establishment, except the decoration, now in a much larger room in the same hotel, the quality of the food has disappeared.

All talk no walk. Burger was extremely over cooked while the grilled cheese was undercooked. Fries were warm not hot. Milkshake was excellent.They took my grilled cheese back immediately and replaced with one that actually had melted cheese after I complained. Didn’t even bother complaining with the burgers because we were hungry and ate them. The slaw is nice though.

Very nice and special place inside a hotel and hidden behind a red curtain. You order according to your tastes and wait for us to call you for delivery. Generous portions and tasty food. Prices in line with those of other restaurants in New York.We really liked it!!

It's great! It is inside the Thompson Central Park New York hotel building, a little hidden, maybe if you don't know it you will have a hard time finding it, but that also gives it its touch. The burger is one of the best I have ever eaten in my life, the meat is delicious, the staff is very nice, despite having to wait in line for the order, the waiting time was appropriate, the atmosphere and the music were very good. Without a doubt I would return if I was in NY again.
Simply you order a cheeseburger or a hamburger. Very special secret location. American style environment.
