This has to be the worst chipotle in the United States. Consistently rude. Food is consistently worse than other chipotles. Not fresh, small portions and horrible service. It’s a shame to the chipotle brand that such a store could exist. Today, soda fountain was exploding everywhere and the employees couldn’t be more rude about it since I got a soft drink. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place like the plague, it is NEVER worth it.

I asked to use the restroom and was given the code to do so. I was in the bathroom for 5 mins when an employee along with the security guard began to aggressively bang right as I was finishing up. The knocks became more frequent and loud as I washed my hands and when I exited the bathroom I was told to leave asap. I did nothing other than use the bathroom for 5, maybe 6 minutes max. If there was an issue with me using the bathroom, they could have told me no and I would have gladly found another restroom to use. Incredibly unprofessional and just terrible customer service all around.

they messed up BOTH my takeout orders. there’s other local Mexican restaurants that will give you better food for much less in NYC. like MUCH better, the quality is night and day compared to chipotle
