Supposed to be open at 10:45am and it 11am and the doors are still locked this is very unprofessional and this is how you lose customers. You have 2 associates bagging chips and 5 customers outside in the cold waiting this is very unfair.

Nice location with a good amount of seating. It’s perfect for lunchtime and it’s in a nice area. When the weather is nice out, you could sit outside. I just got pick up and I did a meal. It was very good. Nothing else say normal chipotle.
Burrito guy can't roll. Small portions. Won't go back. Regret stopping in. Should've made him restart.

Charged me for an Add on of Guacamole which wasn't served in my bowl.Spoke w the cashier and he initiated a refund.Previously my friend was charged for a drink which he never ordered for.The instructions were clear from my end regarding cheese, veggies & sauce in spite of that, the guy serving skipped a few items like corn, cheese and sauce.The person serving tries to make your dish soo quick that he might not patiently hear your customisations & requests.Guys please check your bills. They're adding extra drinks even if you ain't ordering one.The quality of chicken wasn't up to the general Chipotle standards too.The chicken was hard and didn't taste fresh. The bowl was never filled till the top. Imagine being miser with Tomatoes, corn & shredded cheese / sauces. Like seriously?We come here to enjoy a meal which is loaded.The experience at this outlet is awful and pathetic.The manager is rude and doesn't care about your feedback.The wholesome fulfilling vibe is definitely missing at this outlet.Never visiting this outlet again.

The worst chipotle I've ever been to. The portions are minuscule. If you want more than a tablespoon of chicken, don't come here. Update: ordered pickup and they gave us the completely wrong order. You can't possibly imagine a worse chipotle.
Been there 3 times and they've never gotten my order right. And I'm standing right next to them.

One of employees working here is Sooooooo rude. Absolutely not coming back again. I told her I need 2 bowls, then she started rolling her eyes. Rushed me on each step. I thought they were closing soon. But the cashier said the closing time is 10pm. My check out time is just 9:15pm. After done payment, there was no forks, I ran back to asked the rude lady for restock the utensils or gave me 2. She is still impatiently telling me another girl would do that for me. she is racist!!!!!!!

they open at 10:45am in the morning. It's not so friendly services here like other ppl say some cashiers don't speak English at all and Unfriendly. :( there's a patio outside but if you're disability, you have to come from 34st entrance there's no Steps. Two bathrooms are inside.

0 stars. I wish this location would shut down permanently because people are not happy with their experience or their food so there's no point staying in business. All the employees are miserable trash and don't care about helping the customers. I even saw one employee laugh at a customer for no reason. They make stupid mistakes like making a salad and then telling you at the end that they have no salad dressing. Many times they completely mess up my order also. Customer service is non existent. Eating here is not a pleasant experience. Stay away from here.
