I am so disappointed in this restaurant specifically. Not only did i do a very long line but once i got to the line i requested for plain rice (no cilantro) and the line had a very nasty with attitude and refused to serve me the plain white rice. I have been to multiple chipotles throughout the states and this is the first time i was denied service. I would give them 0 stars. The line was very rude and nasty. They began criticizing my order in Spanish like if i didn't understand.

I work nearby Every time I come here the employees are rude. Today however, I witnessed them screw up the order in front of me and then demand the person in front of me pay extra for her order for an error they made. Next, for my order the first person passed the order to the next person on the line and she added a second portion of toppings to my burrito making it soggy and impossible to roll shut (idk how she did not see she was adding ingredients on top of the same ingredients already present in the burrito) then she demanded I pay extra for a double rolled burrito after her error. When I said I wasn’t paying extra for her mistake she additionally would not re-roll the burrito so now I’m just stuck with this soggy burrito with terribleTopping ratios. I swear these people intentionally provide bad customer service and use whatever corporate rules they have as an excuse to act authoritarian and condescending to their customers…

The place sells American Mexican type food. They have burritos, tacos, enchiladas and other Mexican-style dishes prepared quickly and hygienically. The restaurants are generally small, with a few chairs or benches for eating in and the option to take away. The food is good and there are meat and chicken options. There are many restaurants scattered throughout NY and Washington DC.Vegetarian options: There are dishes that vegetarians can orderDietary restrictions: There is noParking: There is no parking. Only paid on the street or privateKid-friendliness: Yes it is an option for childrenWheelchair accessibility: If there is wheelchair access

I get it. No public toilet. No problem, I purchased all for them to tell me the bathroom is not in service. How convenient BOTH bathrooms are not working when there is no sign that states they are not in service. While being in line I noticed another employee spoke very rudely to another one. That’s disgusting to see. I swear if you hate your job get another one.

I’m writing this review to highlight my disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. Upon arrival, the employee at the counter seemed uninviting, which gave me an initial sense of the service to expect. Despite my reservations, I proceeded to order a rice bowl with chicken, specifically asking for extra chicken and extra side of corn, acknowledging the additional cost. However, the preparer emphasized the extra cost, even after I confirmed my willingness to pay. My bill reflected the extra charge, but the portion of chicken was hardly more than standard. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was informed about their “one scoop” rule, even though my serving didn’t seem to match the extra I paid for or the standard portion. It’s disheartening to see such service quality in NYC, especially when there’s a push to revive the service economy post-pandemic. I tried to support this location twice within a week, but the encounters on both Tuesday and Wednesday were far from satisfactory. While I’m all for supporting local businesses, I cannot recommend this establishment. There are numerous alternatives, and with the poor service and questionable portioning tools (a flat spoon hardly serves its purpose), I’d rather opt for more reliable options like Whole Foods. Choose wisely for the sake of your experience and the community.

1. Racial discrimination, employees are careless and have bad attitudes, and the manager doesn’t care how to solve the problem.2. The ordering was confusing. I said I wanted to take it away, but the employee ignored it.3. When paying, you didn’t ask me which one I ordered. In fact, I ordered the barbacoa bowl and was charged the price of the chicken bowl.2. I didn’t order extra lettuce, but I was charged $1.70 for sides.3. Actually you are charging my friend for lettuce4. When my friend ordered, she didn't get the normal portion of lettuce, it was much less than mine. So she asked for more lettuce. The server said extra lettuce would cost more and she refused. She repeated just more vegetable many times. Then the waiter agreed. But in the end you took our money again.5. I have recorded a video of ordering (recording my life).6. We requested a refund for the $1.7 sides and received an apology. So this is Chipotle’s service attitude? No one answered me! If there is no response, I will upload the video to the social media platform, you will lose not only us two customers, but thousands of people.

The worse experience I have ever had in a chipotle. The customer service the cashiers are the worse and the manager is even worse.I waited in long line I was trying to use the app to redeem my rewards which wasn’t working, I asked the cashier for help and she says “we don’t know about the app “ I asked her for the zip code and she also said she didn’t know the zip code of her own work place. Completely rude and un professional and when I asked to speak with the manager Sergio he gave me the nastiest respond not one apology unfortunately . I will never go back there again and I’m going to twitter about this experience. No other place treats their customers like this. Unacceptable.
