Great service (interacted with Cali at the entrance while ordering and waiting for us at the table-very attentive). Good food: I had a chicken milanese sandwich (considerable sized fried chicken with sautéed onions and peppers) and my wife a chicken salad; both good. Not expensive.
Will return.

Food was great!
However
They put my name in wrong so I didn’t know my food was ready. Waited over 20 mins . They need to work on how the ordering line works. Need a better system to announce food that is up for take out

Came here after reading about their cruellers in a NY Times article. $6 for dough totally saturated in oil and that’s exactly how it tasted. Awful, especially compared to an iconic, humble place like Peter Pan donuts. Get these gentrified establishments with their characterless offerings out of here and NY Times….tell us about the real NY, not the one that you’re tied to on a superficial level.

Shocked there are negative reviews here. Great coffee and vibe- perfect addition to near the hospital, sorely needed

Not very friendly
Fabulous food, delicious coffee, and out of this world french crullers!
Prices are reasonable, especially considering that the ingredients used are all of very high quality and prepared wonderfully!
Staff is absolutely lovely, too. The lady who works the register as well as the barista are very kind and accomodating and Marilyn who brings out the orders is a true delight. I highly recommend!

The staff is super nice and the space is clean and looks like a nice place to get some work done. They also have an outdoor area too, I guess if you had pets and still wanted to dine in.
I would rate this higher, but I ordered their Lovechild which is basically a BEC and I paid extra to add sausage. I come to find out when I was ready to eat my sandwich, they left out the bacon and the sausage... lol well can't really say much but the egg was nice and the croissant was also still flakey. But to not have bacon or sausage on a BEC... :(

I came here after taking my daughter to the allergist and it was pleasant to find a bakery and coffee shop that has taken the time to have pastries that are nut free

These ppl just did me the biggest solid — they saw I was rushing to work expedited my order to go and gave me a lil treat — I can’t thank you guys enough. All done with incredible kindness. Wow!!!

We were excited to have a new coffee spot, but sadly we’ve been here a couple of times (see if they iron out the kinks) and the wait time and quality of coffee is not worth returning. Both times we waited 15+ minutes for two takeaway coffees. The staff behind the counter were more focused on talking with one another than moving through orders. I also ordered a large coffee, which was half full.

Nice spot but it’s weirdly loud in there for what a small space it is. They’d be smart to add some sound paneling to the ceiling.
Cinnamon cruller is amazing! A little crowded & busy which impacts the rating for atmosphere.
