Where do I start I use to visit this place when I was alot younger with my family and we moved so we haven't eaten here in almost 10yrs. Let me say this place has only gotten better, the food portion is bigger and those drinks seem bigger and more tasty than before. I had a great time and it bought back alot of memories. And get ready to take some food home because you might not finish it all LOL. Amazing experience and a definite re-visit when I am in New York again.
3.5, will return: good food and people with friendly price.After the concert in Brooklyn, we looked for a restaurant that opens late and allows our own bottle.The interior of this East Village branch is down to earth and very casual. Their ribs are tenderly cooked (off the bone) and are tasty, although some are on the sweet side. The portions are big - there were eight of us, with two college boys. Really good BBQ. One of the best I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot. The place is clean and the staff are attentive and friendly. The prices are very reasonableness only wish the portions were a bit larger. The cornbread is OUTSTANDING! Has to be the best I’ve ever had.... All in all, this place is definitely worth a visit, I think you’ll be very happy you did.
