The location at LaGuardia airport is not the best. The costumers are rude and not approachable. There’s a reason everyone else’s line is four times longer than there’s.
I have to say, the food here is absolutely amazing—way better than Chipotle! The flavors, freshness, and overall quality are top-notch. The service is also great; the staff is friendly and efficient, which makes the experience even better.
However, the one thing that really took away from my experience was seeing how the employees were being monitored while making orders. Whoever was in the back watching and directing how much to put on each plate created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere—not just for the workers, but for customers too. It was clear the employees felt pressured and nervous, and as a result, my portion was disappointingly small. It felt like they were more worried about getting in trouble than actually making a good meal.
Honestly, this kind of micromanaging takes away from what could have been a perfect experience. Trust your employees to do their job! It would make a huge difference for both them and the customers.
