I came in today after school and I mobile ordered so I can just pick it up and leave. Soon as I walked in I waited a few minutes till one of the workers told me they didn't have donuts. When I asked the worker for a refund he said no I totally understood but he didn't want to give me anything else for the same price. He wanted us to walk out with no donuts and I had a wasted a big amount of money for 4 donuts and two other items. I'm totally not coming back , this was completely outrageous and they scammed me because the total was much higher for what they gave us. What kind of place is called Dunkin' Donuts and has no donuts. The whole store forgot their main purpose , WHICH IS THE DONUTS.

11/10/23: This will definitely be my location when in office. Why you ask..THE PRICE. Who knew multiple locations with distance of each other all would have different prices for the SAME ITEM. My basic wake up wrap and hash browns ranged from less than $5 to close to $6. At the end of the day it's the principle

This is THE SLOWEST fast food establishment I’ve probably been too. Like consistently slow even when they are empty or you order ahead.

Avoid during morning at all costs. Takes over 15 minutes for a sandwich and other than the nice lady at the register the rest of the employees act like the could care less

HORRIBLE FOOD. DO NOT EAT HERE.This is one of the worst dd i ever went to. I asked them to roast the bagel and it was so chewy that all the stuff inside just came out flying, soiling my clothes. The chocolate croissant i got had absolutely no chocolate inside. My whole experience was just horrible.

Check the credit card machines for skimmers before using a CC here.This is the **only** store I used my credit card at and about 12 hours after buying a coffee, got a fraudulent charge from a Footlocker on 34th St
