Really pissed off because we went into this Dunkin' Donuts to use the bathroom and my husband said "I have to use the bathroom but I have to buy something so ill just have a donut" the guys says okay And after we pay he says "the bathroom isn't working. This place is...uh....sanitarily challenged. It's a Dunkin Donuts so my expectations are adjusted accordingly, but there was a strand of hair in my latte. I noticed it after I left the store, and a few minutes I went back in to let the woman at the register know, and she said there's nothing that can be done since I left the store, and suggested that it might've been my hair. Unfortunately, there's poor customer service at this location. The morning cashier is always rude to me. I understand it can be busy but if I give respect, I think it is only fair to get some respect back. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
