Good and fresh but of course not worth the hype and price. But, if you like bagels it's good.

One of the must try places. It is an authentic NYC bagel joint. The long queues are a testament to the excellence they deliver. For first timers, the process may need a bit of orientation:Join the queue ( which often extends outside the shop to the street), which moves fairly quickly. There will be ample time to check the simple menu board and make up your mind.Once "Next Please" announces your turn, move forward and place your oder.Morning classic (bacon eggs and American cheese) and The Muriel (Salmon) that we tried were awesome and in high demand. If it's just the bagels you are after, which, by the way, has a huge fan following, the hand rolled bagels are to be bought from a separate counter.Take all to the billing counter to pay.

Great authentic NY bagels. No gimmicks or fuss, just great tasting bagels. Place seems popular with locals, which is usually a good sign.

One of the best bagels I've had in my life so far! The line is quite long but worth the wait and it moves fast. We got the signature favorite on a garlic bagel and a one we made with egg, bacon, scallion cream cheese and turkey on an everything bagel. Although the second bagel wasn't on the menu we just asked for it it was actually yummier than the signature one but both were delicious!P.S. Coffee there is a bit overrated, we got our coffee from the store right in front of it called "Blank street" and it had great coffee!

Well made bagels with meh tuna and service too match. Also, NO DECAF and treif in many sandwiches but still saying that their baked goods are "kosher". Ok, but If you are looking for a truly authentic appetizing experience you should try another place.

Excellent food but not worth the wait. 90% of the time there was a queue that went outside.

The line in the morning that went down the street let us know this was a place we needed to try. We decided to try it for lunch and we’re happy we did! Turkey Club and NYC BLTA were delicious.

Absolutely the best bagel I’ve ever had! I had the signature everything on a bagel (pictured) and a toasted New York BLT and both were brilliant. There is quite a queue, so be prepared to wait for at least 30min but it will be totally worth it. There are only a couple of tables inside, so keep that in mind as well.

Bagels are super delicious. I tried the Morning Classic with extra scallion cream cheese and it was delicious! The place fills up but the lines usually move quickly.

It's delicious, but the employee who answered the phone gets annoyed, and she didn't listen to me and hung up on me nervously:(You need employee training about customer response.

Was just okay. You’d be better off getting a bacon egg and cheese at a bodega around the block over getting anything here. More of a tourist trap than anything and there’s always a huge line of people. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here unless you’re dying to take the picture to say that you did it.Plenty of better bagels in New York and their service is abysmal and quality is low. I got a BECSPK and I watched them pull out my bacon and egg combo out of the microwave. Would not come back.

Bagels were overcooked, dry, and hard. Flavor also wasn't very good.
