Excellent food and service. I am a visitor in NYC and was referred to the restaurant by friends who had all good things to say about their experience. We are so happy we went there for dinner. The duck was delicious. The pasta was delicious, the sauce was sooo good. We will be back again. Definitely would recommend this restaurant. As an added plus, Gabriele greets his customers, and that made it extra special when he checked in on our table.

Comfort and elegance [at a hefty price but nowhere near the over priced NYC places]. Hard to explain how a white linen fine dining joint can seem as warm and inviting as my kitchen, but it did it. Pas chi chi.
Stopped in here for a last minute dinner on a Saturday night right when they opened. We were the first ones in. The owner Gabriel was so friendly. Came over, introduced himself and chatted about us being from Boston. Such a down to earth guy. I could have chatted with him all night. Food, ambiance and service were amazing. I stay in this area a couple times a year and will absolutely be back.

After many years of being away from Gabriel's (from their previous location by Columbus Circle), we returned tonight for a birthday celebration and had a marvelous time! The staff remembered us and treated us wonderfully. The food was delicious and the new restaurant's understated elegance makes for a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. A perfect evening and will definitely be back to see our old friends.

Food is out of this world! Seriously delicious. Homemade pasta. Delicious salads. And even homemade gelato that is to die for. Also their waiters are all really handsome so that’s a plus.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free, and found it surprisingly easy to eat here. The rest of my party eats gluten and loved the homemade pasta!
