You gotta try the banana pudding flavor!! The lady that works there recommended it to me as one of their popular ones. I will definitely go back. Just wish their scoops were larger! ???Another last thing, the image is inaccurate. The business is on Broadway Ave near the Sweet Green joint.

I don't know where to begin... We wanted to treat our son for some gelato ice cream. While the girl that was working the front was sweet and helpful, the ice cream was a disaster. The first cup we got was a strawberry flavor and my son wanted chocolate sprinkles on it, but once we got it we saw a LONG HAIR on the top of the cup where the sprinkles were (prob the hair came from the chocolate sprinkles, which looked like they have been sitting in that container for a long time), so we showed it to the girl and she exchanged it for us with the same flavor but with out the sprinkles. We also got a cone on the side. Once we left and my son started eating the 2nd cup of ice cream, I noticed a TINY HAIR inside the strawberry ice cream (looked like an eye lid or eye brow hair). Will never be coming there again. To the business owner- please step it up with your quality as this was a very disgusting experience

Great addition to the neighborhood. Cute place with nice staff and amazing ice cream. My favorite is the Coffee Monster. The coffee ice cream base was outstanding and then they mix in choc chips and Oreos- so good. Uws folks please check this place out. It is worth it and we need to help businesses along Broadway have success. Still love this place. Java Chip Is amazing.

Favorite icecream/gelato place in the neighborhood. Nice creamy textures, friendly staff. I hope this business does well!

We traveled from California to New York this past summer, and stopped by this place to satisfy my daughters' craving for ice cream. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome received from the staff. In addition, the service was excellent and the ice cream was just delicious, very generous in flavor and quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place !

Best frozen everything in the country. Love it all, the quality, the service, the location, and the gelato is better than gelati by mike! Made with high quality ingredients, a lot of time, and clearly a whole lot of love! Best sorbet in the world, it's creamy and you would never know it's vegan! Best ice cream, and definitely better gelato than anywhere in Italy and Europe!

Definitely go for the Mint Chip. Heh heh. The other flavors are fine too. Some of them are fine because they have ribbons of mint in them. Some of them are fine even though they don't. And if you want your children to get in an Ivy League School, Tell them to look up all the foreign words on the bottom of the display case that mean ice cream in some nine or ten different exotic languages. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you are coming here for the ice cream, But you want your kids to be multicultural, right?

I was working nearby for the week after about a month of IG plaguing my feed with Gelotti's beautiful spectrum of ice cream treats. How exciting to finish off a hot AF Tuesday with Gelotti? My aunt met me from across town and we entered the neon pink haven of sweetness. The two workers were awesome - they answered our ridiculous questions, encouraged us to try all the flavors, and made fun small talk. They have lactose free and gluten free options (my aunt is GF and had a hard time deciding what to get for once! Woo!).

A hot night, long lines. Lots of help inside so the line moved quickly, courteous well trained employees! Delicious gelato!

Terrible cone. Vanilla dipped in chocolate. Lopsided falling down as the kid handed it to me. Paid 5.17 and went right in the garbage.

Basil blueberry sorbet was surprising, refreshing, and delicious. I’m not an ice cream person and this was well worth a stop.

Great new spot on Broadway and 92nd. Went in tonight for the first time. My fiancee and I were originally heading to Pinkberry just down the street, but I'm glad we made the decision to pop into Gelotti. Simply put, if Gelotti keeps selling the blueberry basil sorbet I'll keep coming back! Great combo of flavors--the basil gave the sorbet a 'fresh' taste. It really hit the spot. I'll be telling my co-workers to stop by if they need something cool to beat the heat. Welcome to the neighborhood! John
