Echoing the sentiments of AK HD. This store needs to figure out a way to manage their customers better. Before 7am people were already on the steps of the elementary school smoking up. Lines of people blocking the streets. By noon cops were called because fights broke out. CHILDREN, LITTLE CHILDREN can see them fighting outside their classroom windows. Those same children get dismissed in front of this unruly crowd. Why do these companies feel the need to ruin a quiet working class neighborhood?

Hopefully the owners of this store will step up their efforts to ensure that their customers respect the neighborhood and local community. There is an elementary school directly across the street. Today on opening day, while waiting in line for the store to open, several customers were sitting on the school steps smoking pot. A teacher reported being called out after in a man in a ski mask. The sidewalks are COMPLETELY blocked with people in line. Cars are double parked and blocking the street. There is an elementary school directly across the street! This is a hard-working community that was already hit hard by covid - show some respect.

Hypebeans is a neat little coffee shop in the basement level of the Landmark Atrium building in Central. Opening hours are 8am to 7pm (weekdays) and 10am to 7pm (weekends), they have a clean, tidy and modern setup with artworks on the wall and green plants to liven the place up. There are only a few wall side seats with small wooden tables and a small standing wall bar near the espresso counter. Alternatively, you can do take-away or delivery in the area. I recently stopped by and tried their signature, Iced - Ovaltine Espresso that tasted really good, a casual white coffee with an interesting blend of rich espresso and sweet Ovaltine flavour that makes for a pretty good coffee drink. I had an iced-coffee because it was so hot outside on the day. However, I think the hot version of this drink would work just as well.

Awesome Coffee, super knowledgeable and friendly staff, why would I go anywhere else to get my coffee, hot chocolate and lemonade!
Cup used was horrible, burned myself several times trying to walk to the subway.
The staff is amazing and the coffee beans cafe is great addition!
