Ordered delivery straight from their website today to avoid using a third party delivery app. Food arrived 50 minutes late. Called the restaurant for an update and was put on hold for 10 minutes. The audio also sounded like they were talking straight out of a microwave. Food tasted fine, but will not be ordering from their website again. Will order through Uber Eats and will gladly let the third parties take 30% from the restaurant for the sake of accountability.

The food here is delicious. If only the place was open more than 11.9% of the time.

This resto has the best grilled Cantonese chicken and grilled Szechuan pork. The best rice bowl with grilled vegetables and tofu too. Till next?

I haHave to say I didn't know what to expect and I had serious doubt as to whether this would be good or another lackluster random take-out decision ... and we were both pleasantly surprised, especially since these types of places aren't typically good. I guess this could be kind of a CAVA with an Asian and healthy twist. And all of that works to its advantage. We only happened upon it because of one of our take out apps suggested it. We ordered directly from their website, and the food was ready and delivered in 40 minutes. Everything was fresh, seasoned well and tasted absolutely fabulous. It was a healthy meal, without feeling like you missed out by going a healthier route. I had a custom noodle bowl (spring noodles (thin, v), spicy sesame (v), sichuan grilled pork (spicy), stir-fried cabbage (v, gf), grilled zucchini & carrots (v, gf), cucumber (v, gf), pickled red cabbage (v, gf), chili oil (v, gf), ginger scallion sauce (v, gf), garlic chili (v), extra firecracker chicken (spicy)). All for $17. The hubby had the custom noodle bowl (knife noodles (wide, v), braised pork sauce, firecracker chicken (spicy), stir-fried cabbage (v, gf), stir-fried bean sprouts (v, gf), cucumber (v, gf), spicy chilled chayote (v, gf), scallions (v, gf), cilantro (v, gf), ginger scallion sauce (v, gf), soy egg) His was $14.79 Portions were big. And it was a good price for what you got. We are definitely going to be ordering from here again.

I had this in my bookmarks and happened to be nearby, so I ventured in. The worker recommended the spicy pork tomato noodles, so that's what I ordered. It was pretty good, but I felt like something was missing; I'm still not sure what. The knife-cut noodles were nice and chewy, and the pork was seasoned well. The pork was marinated in sweet sauce, which complemented the savoriness of the tomato soup well. The tomato flavor was also really yummy and reminded me of many tomato and egg dishes from my childhood. One thing I wasn't a huge fan of was that the bowl was extremely hard to mix due to the noodles being clumped together. I almost had to eat my bowl in separate parts instead of being able to mix all the flavors together. Perhaps this wouldn't be the case if I were to eat it inside the restaurant, but as of now, they are not open for indoor dining.

I love this chain of restaurants and the idea behind a healthy meal. Always fresh and yummy food. I only have one issue with them. Every time I order brown rice from this location it is undercooked. For a cuisine that has rice for a base it is kinda embarrassing not to know how the proper brown rice should be cooked. Better training of the staff would go a long way.

Food taste good but very skimpy on the meat portion, not really worth $13

Great food can never compensate for calling your customer, poor! I walked out crying, because the Asian lady laughed at her co-worker, and remarked about my outfit in a demeaning way. She then proceeded to give me my dish without any utensils, or tissue paper. Horrible people work here.
Ordered MealPal there, didn’t like it at all, poor quality, and basic ingredients.

After my experience today I will never return to this establishment. Great way to treat customers after a miscommunication from an online order just ignore the customer make them wait at the back of the line and put together their order like dog slop. Great food ruined by horrible customer service. I'll never be back to get this type of service again.

Great value for lunch in Midtown! Food is good and the portion is big! Their sesame sauce is very peanuty which I like.

The food is usually good here but the tomato noodles I ordered today had only 3 pieces of pork. Also, the male employee wasn't wearing his mask properly. His nose and mouth were exposed when he was taking orders.

I ordered delivery right on their website and received a perfectly made order in less than 30 minutes! The food was fresh and well packaged. The portions were generous. Would recommend and will be back to try some new combinations!
